What was good

Location and price (for centre of London) and that's all.

What was bad

First off all zenhotels.com provide us with incorrect information like check in and out times. It was 2pm instead 12 pm which made us to change out plans.. Room looked fine at first but then we had impression everything was temporary. Air con didn't work and was quite humid. Shower head fell off nearly on my bf head during taking a shower.. Toilet seat was unstable. Door key-card didn't work several times. I think that's all. Was tolerateable for one night. I wouldn't stay there longer than that.
