Not sure what it was but for 2 hours this dreadfull banging nose coming from the pipes in the radiayor I think, kept me up, from 2am. Worst night sleep ever in a Premier Inn. Travel Loge, just a mile away, will be my choice next time I'm in the area.

Just wanted to write a review for the person who served me at dinner who I believe is called Becs. I stay away for work a lot and I’ve never felt so welcomed. She was so friendly and positive with me and everyone who I saw her speak to. It’s genuinely refreshing to meet someone who looks like they enjoy work and speaking to people. She really cares. Thanks for making me stay great.

Outstanding service

Very friendly staff very clean hotel our evening meal and breakfast were excellent our accessible. Wet room was excellent was enough room to manoeuvre about only disappointing thing was the bed wasn’t very comfortable

Enjoyable stay

I read a lot of great reviews of this place, and one or two negative ones. I have to say I'm in the camp of the first group. I thought this was a great place to stay, especially given the price. I have to confess, I was only looking to break up an otherwise long drive from Northumberland to London, so I wasn't looking for luxury, but given the price and its location so close to the M1 it seemed to me the perfect choice. Not only that, but the staff in both reception and restaurant were super friendly, the food (both evening meal and breakfast next day) was great value for money and the room was spotless and delivered me everything I needed. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this place for an overnight stop over and will definitely be using it again.

I regularly stay at this Premier Inn in order to break a long journey. The hotel is close to junction 21 on the M1. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and warm. The staff are courteous, efficient and friendly. The breakfast is good value with a reasonable choice.

Journey's break

A convenient and comfortable place to stay. Maybe a bit expensive but still considered value for money overall. I would recommend this venue for anyone wanting convenient motorway access and within easy reach of city centre.

Premier inn Leicester Forest East

Quality service with an excellent staff and management team. 

Would highly recommend and I’m very happy with the care and service that I received from the manager Sarah. In addition, the welcome was warm and the attention to detail was first class.  

Good experience and excellent customer service

We've stayed at Leicester Forest East for a couple of days with our family. Our rooms were absolutely spotless. Our children got a little gift from the reception. Reception staff nice and always helpful.  Restaurant breakfast and meals very good. We've enjoyed our stay and will be back there in the future.

Amazing place

Unlike all other premier inn’s this one doesn't allow guests to heat up their own food in the staff microwave. If you dont need ur own food heating up by premier inn staff then everything else is fine.

Food

A great stay. The hotel team were excellent (Vicki and team), calling ahead of our stay to help with any requirements, including helping us with a slightly early check in.  Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
