A good and simple guest house that’s good value for money and just walking distance from town centre. Old fashioned decor gives it a very traditional look. Good selection for breakfast and clean rooms. It’s a Good place for a stop over. The landlady was welcoming.

We were always given every consideration and assistance at this B&B. It was not fancy but well kept and near to the bridge leading to the center of the city. Food was very good and served with lots of friendly conversation. Stayed last October just wanted to be sure to post this review

Great place to stay while touring a great city

Gloria was very welcoming we booked last minute with booking .com and there was parking for the motorbikes..  and  breakfast was great lots of choices would go and visit again

Motorbike tour of scotland

Booked the Ardlair at short notice on a round trip of Scotland.  Am not usually a fan ob B&Bs and staying in other people's houses.  But it was lovely.  A beautiful house, comfortable rooms and Gloria is a lovely hostess.  Spotlessly clean.  A very good breakfast.  Interior is victoriana and really cosy.  You can walk into town in a few minutes.

First time we went to Inverness. Really surprised traditional BB . But well maintain.Anyway Gloria the host made it 5 star for us very nice person for the 2 of us shame we only stayed 1 night.,...................

The facility was very comfortable and Gloria is great.  The location was central enough that we walked down to the brewery easily on a nice spring night.  The breakfast was great and we would stay again in the future and recommend to others 

Lovely stay

Excellent customer service combined to good location was everything we needed on our visit to Inverness. Breakfast was very good, too. We stayed only one night, but still it was very comfy and felt almost like home.

We stayed for one night as we were taking part in the Loch Ness marathon. The landlady is Gloria who could not have been more helpful and kind-she has been in business for 22 years. The accommodation was very clean and spacious. Style is Victoriana and a bit eclectic. Scottish breakfast was superb. Would definitely revisit
