We stayed Christmas day evening, arriving fairly late. We were greeted by a friendly staff member at check-in, who checked us in promptly, and gave us two rooms opposite each other on the first floor (unfortunately, but perhaps understandably, they don't do a room for two adults and three kids). You need to register your car registration on a tablet in the reception, parking is immediately outside the entrance.
We had two family rooms, which were very clean, and the staff had left a small chocolate bars and a hand-written Christmas card which was a nice touch.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was clean, the shower had good pressure and the bath was deep.
The bathroom fan was a little noisy, but it stops a few minutes after the bathroom light is switched off.
The room was quiet and the curtains kept it dark, which meant that both I and my kids slept well into the morning, which was a nice bonus!
We had pre-paid for breakfast, which was in an adjacent building, and which was more than adequate. Checkout is quite late at 12:00, which is helpful.
We would happily stay again.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

We stayed here last night and it was great. The reception staff were so friendly, a real credit to the company, The room was immaculate with a lovely comfy bed which meant a great nights sleep. We walked into and back to the sea front and it was only 30 minutes each way which was great. We will definitely be back when staying in the area.

Great stay

Came here for a sci-fi weekend by train. The hotel is very close to the train station and to the event. I was only mean’t to stay for 3 nights but got days off so decided to stay another night before returning to Bognor on Monday morning. The room is very comfortable and clean the only thing I don’t think works is the extractor fan in the bathroom. Staff was amazing helping what you need etc. Also having baths instead of showers also amazing. I would recommend the meal deal for the on-site restaurant next door which also were great staff. I would recommend this place if you don’t want to go further from the train station.

Excellent stay

Brilliant hotel and location close to the Vauxhall Caravan Park.
The hotel was quiet even though was quite full.
The breakfast at Brewer's Fayre next door was so good for the £10 pp cost. Full continental and cooked breakfast choice from the buffet. Could not fault it, but only praise. The team were so friendly at both the hotel and the pub/restaurant.

Stayed for the Legends of Rock Festival, at Vauxhall Caravan Park

Stayed 2 nights in September when I'm the area visiting family.   Easy to find, easy to check in, nice clean comfortable room. Had 1 breakfast next door in the Brewers Fayre  which was very nice.   Well worth the price i paid and free parking was a bonus.
Took us around 5 mins to walk to the market square , and it is just over a mile to the sea. Have booked again for december!!!!

Lovely stay

Stayed here as convenient for a family gathering. Comfy bed, nice TV & shower/bath facilities. Good WiFi. Air con in room good but would not turn off even when set to off.. seemed almost motion sensored! But not bad as fan noise meant couldn't hear road. Parking on arrival was poor, whole section of car park closed, I think I took the last space as I arrived quite late (9pm ish).

I would stay again.

Comfy bed, convenient location

Wanted a few nights away. We stayed for 3 nights in a guest house and decided to prolong our stay and decided this would be a good hotel to book into. We have stayed in Premier Inn hotels in the past and have always enjoyed our stays with them. The hotel was ideally located for easy access into the town centre. The rooms are well equipped, modern and the beds are always the best, very comfortable and great for an excellent nights sleep. Rooms are well equipped for all our needs. Parking was easy as hotel had spacious carpark. Check in staff were helpful and checked us in quickly. Only grumble is that it would have been nicer to check in a little earlier than 3pm without the £10 charge. All in all, an excellent stay and we would highly recommend a stay here.

Good location and a pleasant stay

Booked this hotel by mistake. But it turned out to be just fine. Our room was on the top floor looking out over the river. Clean, no noise from anywhere. Plenty of free parking. We would use this hotel again.

Premier Inn Great Yarmouth

Room was comfy and clean for our two night stay. First night happened to be our wedding anniversary and we were delighted to find some chocs, drinks and a card from the staff on our return. Really touched!

All we needed and a nice surprise.

Fantastic stay in a useful location, close to both the A47 and Yarmouth.
Room was clean and set up for us all.
 Sarah was amazing on reception, nothing was too much.
She is a real credit to the site!
