Denise on reception was amazing, hospitality at its best!!

Couldn't be any more welcome.

She pushed the staff to find some late food as I was famished, stood and chatted on and then checked how my meal was.. Which was... FANTASTIC!!

Hospitality at its best

Stayed here as we were at an event in the SECC arena. Rooms were very comfortable and we had one overlooking water which was lovely in the evening. Was only a 2min walk to venue and train station was short walk too which was used to get into city centre and a day trip to Edinburgh

we had the best 2 night stay here .this weekend
The hotel appeared very clean &  beds were very comfortable  
l even got our sheets changed after an incident with juuce 🤣
 .The staff were all very cheery & helpful especially Michelle who  greeted everybody at the  front desk .She had a great rapour with all the guests and went out of her way to help.
She was so lovely  to my 9 yr old grandaughter who had been attending  a dance competition , wishing her good luck every time she left to  go to the competition  and even had a present for her when  she returned.after winning 
She is a credit to the Premier Inn

We stayed here after a 300mile trip around Scotland and liked it so much we booked again a few days later on a trip to Glasgow. Perfect location for concerts at Hydro and transport links into Glasgow Centre.
Easy parking, friendly helpful staff, immaculate rooms and dining area.
We had a lovely stay and will be back. 👍

Excellent Accomodation

One of the best premier inns I have stayed at in a long time. The staff are so friendly and helpful and Michelle on reception is a true credit to the team she certainly has found her true calling In Life 😊 nice clean hotel in a good location. I will definitely be back

We stay here quite alot when seeing concerts and it never disappoints. Staff were very friendly and was happy to help and serve, always with a smile. Food and drinks were great and room was as it should be. I didn't take the car this time but there's plenty of onside parking and it's easy to navigate.

Lovely stay

We went to the hotel today just for breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Buffet breakfast so lots of choice, great price, with it only being £9.99 and kids eat free!!! Special mention to staff member Helen who is just a real diamond. Her manner, personality and customer care is second to none and had I been visiting from another country I would have felt very welcomed to Scotland, she is a true asset to the team at this hotel. Part of my enjoyment was listening to her conversations with others. 

Buffet breakfast, great price and choice

I stayed one night here and one in the Radisson. The beds are as comfy, the staff as friendly and both are super close the the SEC and Hydro. One was £55  inc parking, the other £110, but included breakfast. I'd pick the Premier Inn every time now.

Such a lovely, comfy nights sleep. At a fraction of the cost of the Radison 2 minutes away

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room and had breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, location was great (attending the hydro for a show). Helen was really helpful and friendly in the morning, nice way to start the day. Overall highly recommend this premier inn

Great location and great price

Excellent hotel in a great location, perfect for the Hydro & a nice walk along the river to the city centre, All the staff were excellent, superb breakfast with everything freshly made (Agnes the breakfast chef made the best poached eggs) & Helen the waitress was always cheery, had a great stay an will definitely use pacific quay again.
