Stopped here two nights in August 2017, lovely warm welcome. Very comfortable beds. Clean and tidy through out. Excellent value for money. My next visit to the beautiful town of Falmouth this will be my first choice of Accommodation

Myself and a friend stayed in two rooms at Blue Haze - I got upgraded to the sea view room as it was available, which was lovely and in an ideal location in Falmouth. My friend was in the room alongside, which was quite basic, however as it was a last minute booking, for the price, couldn't complain. The hosts were very accommodating.

The room was large and spotlessly clean, towels in rooms, tea and coffee was available outside the room. The owner was very helpful, didn't have breakfast but it smelled delicious couldn't fault it. It was a short walk into Falmouth to the harbour and town.

We had booked our weekend a while ago - for a 3 night trip away to see friends and visit the beautiful beaches and a couple of romanic meals out.

The guest house emailed the day before to ask us not to check in till after 5pm, which we confirmed would be fine as the journey would be long for us (took 8 hours)

On arrival we were greeted by someone looking after the guest house for the owners and were reminded that its a 9.30am check out (we knew this as it was on our booking - just seemed a shame to remind us as we had just arrived from a long journey)

We were shown to our room and were really disappointed.  It was a room with a double bed and not much room for anything else.  You could walk round the room in a shuffle style.  To our amazement there were no tea making facilities - they were located at the other end of the house.. some steps away.  which doesn't sound bad but when your making tea and coffee and trying to keep quiet for the 3 other doors were other guests were staying was difficult.

We had not realised that we would be sharing a bathroom (well a loo with a small shower) and had to check our booking which was true, so that was a fault on our side - had we have seen that we would not have booked the room at all.

In the morning, after quietly making a cup of tea and coffee, we came down for breakfast - to be told it was help yourself.  Unsure as to what that meant - we found out it was make your own toast ... addition of butter only (no jam), there was no tea of coffee making there we had to go upstairs to make that - and there was a selection of 3 cereals .. that was our breakfast.  Needless to say - we ate once there and ate out the other mornings.

Our stay was more of a feel like you are staying at your moms house rather than what we wanted to be a cozy weekend away.  Our 3 night stay cost £255, which compared to our 3 night stay in the lake district with full breakfast, pool and gym facilities and a room you could die for  - which was cheaper, we will not be staying here again.

Would say its more for backpackers really - so very disappointed.

We came back from a lovely meal on the Sunday night - to be greeted by the owner are reminded once again that we needed to be out by 9.30 due to them working and being busy.... 

Once again in the morning when i was making a tea and coffee at 8am, we were again reminded to be out by 9.30 as the owner was going out and she was waiting her friend to pick up her dog from the kennel, and we needed to leave the key in the door.

I dont mind instructions but we were clear as to check out time - we didn't need to feel like we in the way of their work or schedules as we had paid to have a weekend away.

sadly not a romanic weekend as planned

I was in Falmouth for a graduation. The room was very small and the left side of the bed was tilted meaning it was uncomfortable. I did not sleep until I relocated to the floor. The choice of breakfast was limited to a loaf of bread and 3 cereals. You would expect the price of the rooms to reflect the basic quality, but this was not the case. On the plus side, the two dogs were very friendly. 
I would strongly advise finding somewhere else.
