What was good

The hotel was pleasant and clearly busy. The beds were really comfortable. Room cleansing was good.

What was bad

It is not made clear that the hotel does not have a car park. It has an arrangement with a nearby multi-storey car park. The bothersome issue was knowing about the parking arrangements and knowing if, within the terms of the discounted fee, one could move the car in and out of that carpark . The reception desk told us that we would have to pay each time we returned to the car park. This would mean that the discount would be of little benefit unless one were to leave the car in the multi-storey throughout one's stay and not use it all. There is another, a municipal, carpark behind the hotel which does issue timed tickets that allow one to drive in and out at will within the selected periods specified on the ticket. The reception staff were also uncertain about how this car park operated and was paid for.
