What a great place to stay!!! From the moment we entered the hotel until we left we felt welcome. The receptionist was great, very happy, smiling, friendly and helpful. The room was huge, could have got another double bed in there!!! Bedding was very white, bed very comfortable, clean white soft towels, good size bathroom. Plenty of room to move about. Kettle, tea/coffee etc. Couldn't fault it in any way. Will certainly return when next visiting family. Thank you very much for an excellent stay.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed for a weekend, the hotel was clean,  staff were very polite and helpful! Especially a young lady I think her name was Mary, she was very polite and helpful. We’d definitely stay again. The rooms were spacious and warm and the bed was comfortable

A weekend break

Stayed in Bromsgrove Ibis for one night ahead of an early morning meeting the next day.

The room was very spacious and clean. The decor wasn’t modern, but what do you expect for £30 a night?

Located next to railway station, but I didn’t hear any noise at night. Slept very well.

Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Very reasonably priced stay, clean & spacious room

£32/night, clean large room in need of a little paint.  Located near to railway station and several good quality eateries nearby.  20 minute walk to town.  Only one downside, the railway.  This didn't bother me but might bother light sleepers.

Excellent Value and Location

We stayed here just for a night as a stopover between travelling. Nice and cheap, clean and comfy room. Excellent shower pressure which you don’t always get with the cheaper hotels. Excellent staff on the front desk Elizabeth was really helpful finding out if the football was on for us at the pub, really welcoming and friendly. Then Richard was very friendly and helpful even bringing up cutlery for us for the breakfast before we even realised. Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better overnight stay especially when it was so cheap, in previous experiences this is not what you normally get when it is cheap. 
Would highly recommend!

Excellent hotel

Stayed overnight after having surgery. Fantastic experience, from the minute I walked through the entrance I was treated with dignity and professionalism. Hardly any wait time for bedroom. Great services and facilities. Was a little anxious as to be expected and I was reassured and well looked after.

Special thanks to the anethasist, the amazing surgeon  dr ahmad, and the whole team 

Special thanks to Donna, lovely friendly lady who made me feel at ease. Zana (apologies if mispelt) she was INCREDIBLE, looked after me and could tell she was very experienced. 

The gentleman she was working with Idhu (apologies again if mispelt) was great also, funny, witty and a calmness about him which rubbed off on me.

Thank you so much to the whole team, from the receptionist, the cleaners, nurses, surgeon, anesthesiologist, everyone. You have all played a part in changing my life and for that I am eternally grateful.

Stayed here a few times this year and have never had an issue, hotel rooms always clean and tidy and the staff provide excellent customer service. Nice pub next door and good chippy just around the corner aswell

Amazing hotel and staff

Stayed here 2 nights 13 & 14 March. Room 5.

Strangely different hotel in terms of room decor but actually refreshingly nice compared to a more modern Travelodge. An actual wardrobe and a sideboard with drawers which meant storage was plentiful. The bathroom reminded me of my nan's bathroom but again actually a refreshing change from the unusual corporate decor. 

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and gave us plenty of local information eg shops / restaurants etc..

Free parking. Very near to Bromsgrove train station.

Overall, a very nice stay & Travelodge experience.
