Me and my partner were away for his birthday and our anniversary so we just found this little gem, it's about 15mins walk out of town but a great place to stay! Room was immaculate and very spacious, bathroom was incredibly clean too! 
Breakfast was great and the hosts were most welcoming! Will stay again next time we go for a night out! Highly recommended! Thanks!

We booked this guesthouse on other people's recommendations and they were totally right the room was huge and spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely. The town is a short walk away with plenty of shops, bar's and restaurants. It's a credit to the owners, will be definitely staying there again soon as our daughter is at the university there. Highly recommend★★★★★

Excellent

This b&b was close to our walking route on Hadrians Wall Path and had everything we needed. Good room, nice breakfast, friendly owners who made us feel welcome, hot shower, wifi etc. It's a bit of a walk to reach the town centre and restaurants, but on the other hand the river and a large park is nearby. The only thinkable downside with this b&b is the large road outside, but we sleep tight, so it didn't bother us that much.

We stayed here in 2014 and again this years during our Hadrian's wall walk. A lovely little B&B, lovingly looked after with nice clean rooms. Although on a busy road we have always had a good nights sleep. The breakfasts are just lovely and  they also do a nice pack up. Highly recommend if in Carlisle

Lovely B&B

The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The room itself was modern and clean with good ensuite facilities. We had a very comfortable night's stay and a tasty full English breakfast in the morning. It is conveniently placed on the main road into the town centre which is only 10-15 min walk and there are plenty of nice restaurants on the way (a lot of them seem to be closed on a Sunday). It is also very easy to get to the Hadrian's Wall trail.
