Nice and clean family room for nearly 4 adults the host very good he let us check in early  as room was ready 2 of us took option of breakfast  at a extra coat of £7 each well worth it one of the best breakfast I have had in blackpool. We definitely stay again

Absolutely lovely, brand new carpets and room updated, everything spotless, stayed for 1 night wish it was longer we have booked for the end of August we were that pleased with it, good price to, owner was lovely no complaints at all can't wait to stay again!

The owner Gary was amazing put us up for the night after we had a bad experience  with the other hotel and we enjoyed our stay and hoping to go back later in the year breakfast was lovely room very clean friendly guy very welcoming hope to see you again soon would recommend  it

Freshly painted,  new carpets, etc. Room was for 3 and 1 single bed had a separate room,  which added to the space.

Recently stayed at the Belvere to catch up with friends, the owner Gary was extremely accommodating, going out of the way to help us, the rooms were lovely, fresh and clean, plus we had a great beak feast too. The location is an ideal midpoint within Blackpool with easy access to all attractions.

I stayed in a 1st floor single room for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy with fresh clean linen and towels. 
The refreshment tray was well stocked and very good value.
Gary the owner was pleasant,  approachable and helpful. I enjoyed the full English breakfast cooked to order. I was unable to find parking on the road but a carpark was available just a couple minutes of walk away.
Well worth a return visit

Fantastic bed and breakfast spotless room and child friendly, Gary was an excellent host who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious too. We stayed in the family room and had a lovely stay. Ideally placed to see the attractions. We will definitely be returning. Made to feel extremely welcome.

We have been regular visitors to  Blackpool together for 11 years and always wanted a ‘go to hotel/guest house’ but never found one we would really want to return to. Now we have - The Belvere is superb, comfortable, superb value for money, we - and our dog - were made so welcome from the minute we arrived. Lovely room, loads of hot water, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities in the room and a superb breakfast. Drinks in the bar were really well priced and Gary - the owner is a charming host. Fabulous  - we can’t wait to go back!!

Stayed here at the beginning of October for 2 nights. Gary was a great host and could not fault anything. My friend did not fancy a big breakfast on the second morning and had asked for a sandwich and this was no problem.

The bedroom was perfect. It was cosy but perfect for what we neeeded, Being two women we did not fancy sharing a bed so we asked for a family room and was pleasantly surprised when we found the single bed to be in a separate room to the double bed joined by a door. 

There was a car park just up the road from the hotel and was cheap too 18 for 3 days where there was a small car park at the end of the road for £10 a day, 

I will definitely come back to this hotel and my and my friend are hoping to make it an annual thing.

Stayed at the B&B Saturday 16th October. Really friendly welcome by Garry. After a long drive really fancied a pint but was a cash only Bar so he even let me have a couple of drinks and settle up with him in the morning. Lovely breakfast and again warm welcome following morning. Was clean and good value for money would definitely go back. Thanks Garry

Myself, Husband & Grandaughter stayed for 2 nights here.  Nice clean rooms, comfy beds & Gary the host is a lovely man, very friendly & approachable.  We paid extra for the full english breakfast (£7) & Grandaughter had beans on toast which was cooked lovely with toast and coffee.  Great small guest house that is great for the price.  We will definitely stay again.

Nice little break for 2 nights

We decided last minute to have a weekend trip to Blackpool. We specifically chose this hotel for its cheap price and good reviews. We wasn’t disappointed. We arrived there after a 7 hour trip and was welcomed by the landlord who showed us to our room and left us to do our thing. He was polite, friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The room itself was small but very clean. No bad smells etc and had everything we needed, kettle, tea/coffee/milk, shower etc. The seafront you could see literally down the bottom of the road but was out of the way of the main attractions etc which was great cause we still had peace and quiet when we wanted it. Was only a 5/10 minute walk maybe from the main seafront. The hotel had its own small bar which was cash only but the owner was nice enough to let us settle with him later that night. 

All in all we had a lovely time in Blackpool and if we go back in the future we will head straight to the Belvere hotel for our stay. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

We stayed here in a family room. Comfy beds and decorated nicely. Gary was very helpful with our bags and anything we needed. Nice guy. The only thing I would advise if they invested in better quality sausages and bacon. We found the breakfast was OK but not brilliant and we usually love a full English.

Had a fantastic weekend at the Belvere , arrived early fri afternoon, and we was met be Gary . Rooms are very cosy , clean , Breakast was always spot on . . Will go back 100% , Bar was well stocked . Sad to of left and so was the rest of family , Ashton 5 and Leo 3 are allready asking whwn we are going bqck , fellow guest were always friendly 
Here is to the next time , already looking at booking for next year and me and tbe mrs might even have a crafty weekend away

Came for a weekend stay with my 2 children, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, rooms clean, all bedding was very clean. Breakfast was spot on don't have a bad word to say about this place good location short walk about 2 minutes to the beach and in between South and North pier. great value for money and will definitely be returning. :)

Excellent stay

i stayed at the belvere for 2 nights and found it to be very clean and Gary the owner was very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble,                                                                   The breakfast was very nice and the drinks in the bar were very reasonable priced,         The room i stayed in was spotless clean and the price charged for my stay was in my opinion more than reasonable,  The Belvere is in a ideal location with the sea front just a few minutes up the road, plenty of bars and restaurants only a walking distance away, overall i would highly recommend the Belvere for a very reasonable priced place to stay for a stay in Blackpool I will certainly be staying bhere again on my next visit.
