Our stay at this place was brilliant right from the beginning. The owners were there to welcome us share a cup of tea , the hotel is beautiful the stay included a lovely breakfast , no dry or cold bacon it was cooked to order tnk you. We will be going there again for the illustrations, looking forward to it .

Truly fantastic stay with Debbie and Adi, who have recently taken over at Rossdene House. Incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They also serve a nice English breakfast, which wasn't advertised.

Fabulous guesthouse, brilliant, got everything going for it, will stay again, everything was in the room,we have stayed in Blackpool all over, this one has nailed it for us . thankyou for making our stay relaxing.

Rosedene house 

Great little place tucked away off Gynn sq. Absolutely spotless. Lovely clean bedding, bed very comfy room very spacious for family room. Would definitely recommend. Luke and Nye very welcoming couple. Totally enjoyed our stay. 

Nice little place on Gynn ave

Great little place ,stumbled across this place on booking.com and very good value for money. Friendly staff , clean facilities and near the promenade. A short walk up the promenade into town. A we would definitely stay here again.

Great little find.

We had a great 2-night stay here in July. The room was great for a twin, and very clean. 

We walked into central Blackpool no issues and a taxi back one night was just £5.50. Good to be at this end of the town.

Spot on!

Lovely quiet guest house.Room was beautiful.Nye and Luke were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.Highly recommended and i will definitely stay here the next time i'm in Blackpool.Well done to both of you and wishing you every success for the future

Hidden gem of a place.

Best guest house ive stayed in! been coming blackpool for 30 years, my grandparents even owned one. I go to blackpool at least 5 times a year.

Great place

Great location, a stroll into the centre of town and 2 minutes from the beach.  Free parking in the streets outside and close by.  We stayed in room 5, top floor.  It was spotless, lovely shower room, comfortable bed with quality bedding.  We have friends that live locally who will now recommend it to all their other friends coming to Blackpool.  Exceptional value for money.  We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked lovely.  The hosts were friendly and welcoming.  Thank you, we hope to visit again.

Exceptional value, great little find

Lovely short break at Rossdene, our room was lovely and spacious and very clean. We checked in and went straight into Blackpool, you are on the further end of the attraction’s but it’s not too far to walk but for anyone who doesn’t the trans literally stop over the road. The owners were very friendly and helpful, wish we would of got the opportunity to have a couple of drinks at the bar as there beer garden looked lovely but our 2 year had a different night planned for us. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Blackpool. Thankyou
