Great location to Birmingham canal. Great to use the Utilita arena for events as it’s a 5 minute walk. Hotel is clean and safe. Great base for Birmingham, very close to the big gold library, which is a great point if you get lost in the big City at night. 
We had a family room and the beds are very comfy and my son slept well. 
Bath in the room is great having a child staying.
Breakfast was offered but we don’t eat breakfast. 
I booked in January and got an amazing price I would recommend booking this for any weekends away. 

Ideal location great hotel value for money

Stayed to meet friends. My husband is disabled so needed the hotel to be near to Sealife and a restaurant we were dining at. Fab number of disabled parking spaces and a brilliant location with a 5 minute 
walk to the canal and bars. The staff were friendly and so helpful especially when my son had left his earpods in the room and we have checked out a few hours ago. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast we have had as well. Only one issue with the duvet being too hot in an already warm room but that was easily solved. Would definitely stay here again

Brilliant location, reliable Premier Inn

The room including bed, shower and TV were adequate. However the housekeeping department let it down badly. I asked for a room clean after two days with fresh towels, coffee cups and spoons. The towels were put on my bed and the cups put on the sideboard.Problem was they did not take any dirty items away! Neither did they clean the bath or empty my waist bin.

Comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast and dinner quality was excellent, hot and fresh. All staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel Centrally located with everything nearby and only short walk from the Bullring and train station.

Lovely stay and goodnight sleep

Generally welcoming staff and great service at the breakfast. Especially the chef and gentleman who helped our party with vegan options at breakfast.

Hotel is located very centrally and was perfect for attending a gig in the City Centre. Certainly not the most aesthetically pleasing view but can’t fault the hotel for that.

Room was a bit on the small side but clean.

Would recommend for a short stay (no more than two nights)

What amazing staff! Nothing too much bother - air con would be nice tho!! Watch out for Ulez and car parking charges! Nice and quiet and very convenient - thank you very much to all the staff - would stay again 

Wonderful staff

Do not book this Premier Inn in the Summer. 

There is no air conditioning in this Premier Inn.  If you want a sauna and no sleep go ahead.  It was over 30 in my room with just a small fan pushing the heat around.  Unable to open window wide.  

Should be ok in the Winter time.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Birmingham. It’s only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants in Broad Street and a twenty minute walk to the Bull Ring in the City Centre. It is spotless clean and the staff are amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent and priced very affordable. I was over for an Aston Villa game and stayed here twice before and can’t wait for my next visit.

This is a beautiful hotel in Birmingham. I have stayed here twice before and the staff are so professional and friendly.

I stayed here for five nights over a two week period in August. Although the hotel staff were excellent and not at fault here, the heat in the rooms was excessive (28 degrees) and the fans provided were not suitable to deal with the temperature, making it impossible to sleep. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we got very little sleep. Premier Inn refused to provide a refund - avoid! 

Uncomfortably hot 🥵!!!

Good room not the best view but thats not really a big thing there’s a lift so it saves a few flights of stairs and nice staff at the desks. Good location too very conveniently placed you can get to Brindley place with ease. The only issue was the purple light above the bed didn’t work
