Bottom line: Although all the listed minor things, the test "Would you go back there ?" - would get an answer 'Yes' Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights during August (2 adults + 2 kids under 5 years old) + clean territory, clean air and kind of outside of a city + breakfast (good for adults and for kids, including coffee and juice, during the summer it's being served outside not far from the pool - very nice, good and friendly service. weren't charged for extra coffee) + location (conveniently close to the center by car/taxi, however public transportation could be problematic - the country road from the main road to the hotel gate has no lightening at all) + daily room cleaning (every day a 0.5L bottle (per guest) is left near the kettle - as the tap water isn't good for drinking) + pool (looks like half Olympic size...with incline depth and a separated kids pool nearby, cleaned every day) + allowed a check in about 2 hours before the official check-in (free of charge) + friendly and polite staff (reception, pool, breakfast service, room maintenance guy) + an actual entrance gate for people/cars with a polite guard Minor minuses: - safe (in the room) wasn't working/locking (the receptionist proposed some solutions, but were refused since we were already near end of our stay) - no night outside lightening (on the hotel territory the lightening is missing...it's totally dark) - no shower curtain in the bath (so you have to use shower carefully with a water on the floor anyway) - shower water temperature change (after setting it the desired temperature for showering, every ~3-4mins its' temperature instantly dropped to colder and than raised to hotter levels than you set (for 2 seconds each change) and than back to your setting - unpleasant levels.....it wasn't comfortable for me as an adult and for my kids during showering) - the maintenance guy checked this, said nothing can be done, it's because of the water pump....the customer doesn't have much to do with this answer :) - sport section - was closed, since the fitness trainer currently was missing (the receptionist explained that the previous trainer just resigned and it's hard to find a replacement in the end of a summer season - it's located outside - I guess in the autumn/winter will be closed) - a kids pool is about 80cm - it's too deep for 3 years old kid, however for 5 years old is perfect) - cups/glasses clean (the room service doesn't clean/wash the cups/glasses in the room - even after pointing that out to the receptionist) - pool cleaning - although it's being cleaned constantly in the morning and during the day, some minor small 'dirt' parts were floating near the end of the day - pay attention, most of the rooms are not in the wooden house that's being showed as the main pic (not sure whether I was mislead or a misunderstanding from my side) - the reception can't be reached by phone from the room
