Our family of two couples booked two rooms here in June 2025. The property is built on a vantage point and split over 5 or 6 villas. Each villa has two apartments on each of the three floors; Ground, First, and second. The first floor ones are the best with a jacuzzi with a sea view and a decent sized balcony. The views are beautiful especially during the sunset hours. There is a huge hospital under construction which is visible down bellow but it is nearing completion. The apartments are clean and modern, the staff is friendly and the peerless coffee house is exceptional. Breakfast included with the room has live stations for eggs. The property is about 6 or 7 kilometers from the very busy Trabzone square and town centre. Which is lively, safe, and with lots of character. We asked the hotel to arrange a day tour to Uzungöl lakes and the Mercedes van with facing seats, with a driver, and the six hours trip only cost USD 110. What a steal. Enroute to Uzungol lake are the tea gardens and factories which you may want to visit too. Please note there are no elevators in the property
