I have been there for my yearly vacation, why I chose this hotel was one of my friedn’ advice. I didn’t regret at all, it was clean and organize, service was really nice, people who works there very helpful. This summer I will go again and I am going to advice all my friedn to go too.. thanks to all of you guys, I appreciate:)

WİTH ONE WORD ‘’ GREAT ‘’

We go to Turkey every year for five years so far. We wanted to find some non-expensive hotel at the front line with the pebbled sea-bed, clean water and a green territory. There were some worries before we arrived as we read really bad opinions about this hotel, but we changed our mind really quick right after arrival. The first impression was that we came to a forest, there are really many pine trees. It is very healthy for breathing and covers you with a shadow when it’s hot. Even a pool is shadowed so you can take the sunbaths and not to worry about the kids getting the sunstroke. For kids: there is a separate pool with the water slides, mini-disco, animation, and even a hen with the chicken walking around :). There are really many flowers as well, territory itself is clean. Guys at the reception welcome you very friendly, your luggage is carried to the rooms. The hotel itself is a number of one-floor bungalows with several rooms each. Rooms are big (we didn’t have such big rooms even in five-star hotels!) and being cleaned well. Each room has king-size bed for two, and two-floor bed for kids, there is also a small fridge, cable TV, air conditioner and a balcony – useful when you want to dry the clothes or just sit and take a breath in the evening. The beach is sandy with pebbles, sea-bed is pebbled so water is very clean. We did a snorkeling and saw many fish and even an octopus! You can hide from the sun under the big tents; there are enough sunbeds for everyone, beach towels are clean and being changed every three days. Free entertainments are the beach volleyball, disco for kids and adults, animation; paid ones: parasailing, boat excursions along the seashore, massage, tattoo for kids. Pool is regular and close to the beach. Restaurant is right “above” the beach, with the terrace and great scenic views at the mountains and sea. Waiters are attentive and diligent. About the menu: fish, chicken of all kinds, tasty garnishes, grilled vegetables, many various fruits and greens (separately and in the salads), many desserts. Lunch is so nourishing that you may want to skip the dinner. We were at the hotels with bigger choice of dishes, though, but here everything is really fresh, tasty and healthy. You can also taste some Turkish traditional bakery in between and grab some sweets and cookies at the pool bar. Free tea/coffee/beer/cocktails – nothing very special, lemonade and juice for kids; paid: boiled corn, popcorn, ice cream. There is a shop near the pool with the regular “resort” assortment of goods. When you come out of a hotel you see some small markets with sweet delights, textile, pharmacy, touristic agencies etc. If you still didn’t find what you want then Tekirova village is really close with plenty of shops and cafés, or you can take a local bus to Kemer for even more shopping. As a conclusion: very good rest time for an average budget.

Very good rest for an average budget

This is a low budget hotel so you better to be prepared not get a five star service. Rooms are not clean, food is only ok, drinks are very limited in kind and also in poor quality. If you don’t mind this kind of stuff and will be satisfied with only a nice beach, roof on your top and not to starve I recommend this hotel considering its price range otherwise you have to try somewhere else of course with paying at least four/five times higher.

Compatible with price

We went to this hotel at the beginning of July 2022 for 5 nights. The hotel is definitely not luxurious. Its biggest plus is nature. Lots of trees, bushes and a clear beach. Everything else is bad. I didn't have to stay in the main hotel, but the annex type room was very poor. During the entire period while we were there, the room was cleaned only two days (the first two days), no one else cleaned the room. When you ran out of toilet paper, you had to find it yourself. Only on arrival there were no towels, in the end they offered one towel for two people. Also, with the "All Inclusive" package, it was written that beach towels would be provided. No one gave them until we started asking for them ourselves. Food. The food really wasn't as bad as it could have been. There is room for improvement, but everything was edible and survivable. Drinks. There is not much to say about the drinks, because there were simply none. Warm water, warm soft drinks and wine, beer, and rake, that's all they offered, no cocktails, nothing. Cocktails (and this is very strange, never made by anyone) could be tasted only from ten o'clock in the evening. Finally, thieves work in the Hotel. A hat was stolen, and the hotel administration did not pay any attention to it. No compensation, nothing. Basically, this is a very very poor hotel that needs a lot of investment to make it better. If you don't speak Turkish or Russian, it's better not to go there at all, because you won't be able to communicate and you will be without towels and everything. You also won't be able to use a translator, because wifi is only available at the reception, there is no internet in the rest of the hotel.

Poor hotel

Despite of the nice location - pin forest, mountains view and transparent water, the hotel itself is very poor. We go often with children to hotel-clubs with approximately the same price category, and it was the worst.
It’s rather a camping with houses and a restaurant than a hotel club. The hotel population is mostly Turks and Russians, mostly very friendly. The territory is big (the lodging can be quite away from the beach) but not developed. Despite of our expectation, we did not really enjoy by the territory, because there is nothing to do there, there was un unpleasant environment around our house (concrete ground on one side and a dehydrated ground on the other side, with some unexpected and undesirable in this place objects like dirty mattress, cleaning equipments and towels piles) and we even can’t sleep with open windows because of heat, noise and mosquitoes. Rooms (we had a family room) and food were very modest. Disgusting smell from the bathroom. The beach was dirty (walking away along the bay, we noticed that it was the poorest one with the neighboring one). Very poor animation, the only activity of mini-club is the drawing. It worth to mention the “service” – when we asked something (to change the room, to change bedclothes, to repair shower) it was NEVER done, after an answer “will do”. Also it’s the 1st time that we had an impression then some guests (Turks) were treated better then others. Please keep away.

Poor hotel with unacceptable service

Disaster in real life .
Rooms are dirty(smels like pee),ants in the room,electrical cables are not secured (been left open),
AC doesn't work ,but sometimes.
Mushroom on walls  in bathroom.
AC is defective and gives strange sounds from the outside.
At night you can't sleep because there are ,,european ground squirrels, which makes strange sound .
Is like in wild jungle.
Glass doors are dirty with oil and fingerprints
,,food dysentery "
Kitchen where you get the food is terible,smells bad ,and is very dirty,no words to explain that.

Disaster,vacation ruined

Place from HELL! How can a location so good tun soooo badly! It's in the most beautiful bay of Tekirova surrounded by exclusive hotels. YET I have never been to so poor ALL INCLUSIVE!!! This place needs total renovation. The bed was covered in blood stains...
Food was atrocious!!! Embarrassed to be Turkish staying in this place! Everything was done to minimise the costs. Staff are also very unreliable. They make promises they can't keep.
Just don't go!!! 

HORRIBLE!!

The hotel is absolutely terrible. We have lived in annex, they did not cleaned room any day. They don't have a doctor. The bar at the annex is empty, it is dirty and old all around. The main hotel territory is not cleaned, the grass is big, the rubbish everywhere. They don't give the towels. The rooms hasn't water, toilet paper, shampoo, you have every time ask for these tools. The wifi only in the reception. The food is poor-pasta, potatoes, tomatoes,sausages (not nice look), cakes - terrible, fruits - watermelon, apples, raw peaches once a week, mini pears. The dishes are dirty! It is only nice in the pictures and 4* in LT. But in real it is not worth 1*.

İt's super boring place for aged people, who prefer calm rest, and not so picky about food and service. That's why it's not that expensive as other places. Although it's good for recreation, with beautiful nature surrounding and amazing seaside. As for me - definitely not going there again.

Terrible place in the world,we have changed our hotel for first day no electricity no air conditioning. First day has catch fire on tv and if you are reading my review never try to order here any room because you will appear in hell
