We went to Uludag for the first time for a short skiholiday and stayed two nights in Le Chalet. We got a very welcome receive and throughout the stay the staff was very friendly and helpfull to us. It was convenient that the staff speaks English. The hotel is very warm and cosy, which perfectly fits your stay in the snowy mountains. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right at the end of the beginner pists, next to the skirental shops and the skipass loket. It was very nice and comfortable that the food was included in our stay, the menu’s were extensive and the food was tasty. There was also a tea-time hour with sweets where we could sit by the fire.

A nice and cosy stay

It is a great hotel. Its clean and have a nice atmosphere.

The all inclusive is great, and the food is turkish cuisine, its delicious and abundant.

The blue pist is just in the backyard of the hotel. Very nice. 

The staff members are very friendly and are always wiling to help. They all speaks excellent english.

Yes, the hotel is a bit dated and certainly new mattresses are required. Super clean. Amazing service and a fantastic location.

Best location - greatest service

Perfectly splendid! I always heart good things about this hotel but stayed in for the first time. It is a small hotel with 18 very nicely decorated large rooms. We were upgraded to Kimg Suite which made the experience even better. The location of the hotel is right on the slope few steps to the lifts. The lobby, lounge and restaurant is beautifully decorated in a rustic Alp chalet style. The food is served as set menu to the tables. Everything we ate was super delicious (only a bit too salty). When there is something that you don’t like on the menu they offer you an alternative that you would like. Everybody working at the hotel is very nice and very helpful. It also has a beutiful apres ski cafe/bar terrace which plays great music in the afternoon. This place used to be called Meribel years ago holding the best apres ski  parties. The hotel is perfectly designed for adults, no attractions for kids. 

Things to improve: 
I think they should make it adult only. The hotel is small and when there are kids there is so much noise.
A well equiped spa would be perfect addition.

Perfectly Splendid

People at reception, Mehmet and Orçun were so kind, friendly and helpful. Meribel cafe was kept so clean and hygenic. They were all very understanding about my concerns about covid. Bayram and Abdullah at meribel cafe were so helpful. 
The only negative thing was the room was not perfectly clean when we first arrived, there was coffee stain at the bathroom closet, we called the reception and someone came and cleaned immediately.
They let me open the windows and get fresh air.
Decoration at the hotel was very nice.


Nice stay 

Do not book this hotel under any circumstances !!!  I have not received a refund for the free cancellation of the reservation ($ 2000 !!!) Now the booking.com assistant is dealing with this issue!  The hotel representatives write that the money was transferred, but this is a lie, the answer came from the bank that they did not come !!!  Be careful, dishonest people work here !!!

We went to the Chalet for a 3 days family break. We chose the place because we had stopped there the previous year for a drink on the terrace ("Meribel café") and had spotted the hotel as a nice place to stay. We were definitely happy with this choice. The place is very warm, cosy and feel much more as a family place than the impersonal big hotels around. The staff is helpful, and you are located at the foot of the ski infrastructures. The buffet is very good too !

Very Cosy and Pleasant Hotel

The reception is nice but the rooms are terrible very small and you feel squeezed not much of air entry and no a/c the bed very uncomfortable

The hotel has all amenities to spend a great vacation. All staff is so kind and helpful; they are willing to work for you to have a great holiday. The foods are delicious. The rooms are comfortable. The atmosphere is warm; the decoration is cool. That is the place if you are looking for winter holiday and traveling with your kids. You feel like the home.   
The hotel location is excellent. The chairlift and ski-run in front of the hotel.  You can find accessible rental equipment places under the hotel.  Everything is for your comfort.  You can sit, and watch skiers in the favorite hotels café with a beautiful mountain and ski-run view while enjoying your drinks.

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a winter holiday traveling with kids.
