Just had a lovley stay here and the pool and the views are fabulous. 
The staff are all very nice and helpful and willing to help you. 
My room was great and I liked the balcony over the bar area.
I would have used the restaurant and bar a lot more than I did but found the quality of the drinks and wine to be very poor.
We had lunches 4 times and it was a bit of a let down. 
I think the setting that you have could make this hotel very special if the above was improved. 
Would I come back yes, 
I think gluten and dairy free should be standard in this day and age, but I had to ask for it each morning and they’re go defrost my bread I did feel I was bothering them.

Good but could be excellent

The views from this hotel are stunning. The rooms are quite good but the bathrooms need attention. Leaky shower head and water leaking on to the floor. Balcony’s are tiny and directly overlook the pool area so offer little privacy. 

We found drinks and food overpriced which is a shame as we would have spent more at the hotel if the prices were more realistic.  And the music is played far too loudly to be able to relax and read  

Great location to get out and about. Taxis only cost £4 to oludeniz and £3 to Hisaronu. Good trips on offer locally and at hotel or with Jet2. 

Overall, we had a lovely holiday here but the hotel itself is more a 3* and definitely not a 4*. Staff are lovely and the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. We would not return though due to the issues above.

Stunning location but the hotel lets it down.

Booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival was told had a problem with our room and would need to put us in another room Tim the next day! The room was full of damp and mould and had a dehumidifier to try keep it at bay! All night long the electrics kept turning off and on so the lights tv and air conditioning unit constantly turning itself on in the night, so for very little sleep. The next day it took til 4pm before we even got into our new room and that’s because I had to repeatedly keep going to reception to ask what was happening. We spent  night in our new room and all seemed well until the electric started again, off and on all night and through the day round the pool etc. we didn’t think anything of it but we never had hot water it was always just Luke warm it was only when we heard loads of people complaining around the pool that it actually clicked that we had another problem. 
We then went to bed on the 3rd night and all we could hear was a dripping in the morning I noticed a massive pool of water and dripping coming from the ceiling so reported this it took 3 days for them to sort it out, apparently it was the Jacuzzi above us had a leak! 
I have now spent the last 8 week complaining and trying to get compensation as when speaking to many many people around the pool, they apparently played the same card of we have a problem with your room but it will be sorted by tomorrow and put numerous people in the exact same room which should be condemned due to how bad the mould and damp was! Then for health and safety reasons having actually no water. Does leave me to worry about the preparation and cleanliness of the food and kitchens. 
But my complaint seems to be falling on deaf ears as they just keep saying that I haven’t reported any problems although I have pictures videos etc of everything I complained about. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL  ITS NOTHING BUT FAULTY TOWERS. 
The bar staff are really nice and the views are second to none but other than that AVOID at all costs !!!!

Do not go to this hotel, absolutely appalling and management and reception staff just don’t care

we went to ramada on the 11 july 2 couples .paid for swim up to rooms.when we got there are rooms was either side of some steps if we had not complained we would only be able to talk to them at breakfast and when we went out at night took them 3 days to move my sister and mate .in the mean time we was over run with ants everyday .they got moved into a damp and stinking room which the complained about they brought a dehumidifier into the room but it was that loud they could not sleep so the next day they moved again two doors away into another damp room on closer inspection we looked around our room it didnt smell but the wall paper was hanging off and black mould on the wall we talked to other couples and it was the same story .and 11 days with out hot water.iam not one for complaining but i felt i should when you paying top money out you should get a better standard .the view is great but the hotel lets it down

We stayed for a week in the Ramada hotel. Very friendly staff and the Hotel was great. the views are amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the whole team who made us feel welcome. The Turkish bath and massage was also very good.

Excellent Hotel and Staff

The staff and the location make this hotel special. We were on a short 5 day end of summer break so chose Turkey. I was very impressed with how friendly and kind the staff were. 
Special thanks to MAZ who made us laugh on our last night, he was always attentive and asking us if we were okay. 
The location is stunning, really good views down to the coast line. 
We didn’t use the free shuttle as taxis were cheap and could request when we wanted. 
There are a few things about the room we noticed, wall paper peeling off. The mechanism to flush the toilet fell off the wall, but after a quick call to the maintenance guy, it was sorted quickly. 
If you can overlook these little imperfections, this hotel is worth a visit , especially for the lovely staff and location 🙏🏽

Beautiful location

Positives of the Hotel:
  - The location and view were beautiful.
  - On the most part, the staff were lovely. Especially those from the bar and restaurant, they were amazing.
  - The beach (sugar beach) we had access to was amazing and very picturesque. The staff there were always friendly, and the water sports were low in price.

However, sadly there were more downsides than good:
  The Room:
  - The jacuzzi in our room did not work. It was cold and leaked. We told reception a few times and no changes were made, nor did anyone speak to me about 
     how they were solving the problem.
  - We had a power cut in the night. Again I told reception but they took no action.
  - We had complete loss of water to the room, cold and hot. Again, we reported this to reception staff and nothing happened.
  - Our bathroom door handle came off.
  - The wallpaper was coming off the wall, and the TV looked was coming loose from its wall bracket.
  - Even the light fittings were broken with wires exposed.
  - Our room was next to a very loud road that runs along the side of the hotel, with buses and trucks going up and down all hours in first gear. This along with noisy bin men meant that we didn't sleep very well.

  Poor communication:
  - We were given no information about the hotel or any surrounding attractions. We had to speak to other holiday makers who shared similar annoyances. On the last day, a couple told us of a nearby town we could walk to, by then it was too late. We were also told that the nearest shop was '1 mile' away, when it wasnt more than 0.2km.
  - We were not even told where the restaurant, shop or gym was. We had to find this out ourselves. 
  - We were not told of the times for breakfast and dinner.
  - We were not made aware that there was a bus that took us to a beach twice a day. Upon asking about it, we were provided with the wrong time by 30 minutes, and hence we missed it. In addition, the bus was always late. In some cases, up to 30 minutes.
  
Other:
  - Drinks prices were similar to UK prices, which wasn't what I was expecting.

At the end of the holiday, I mentioned all of the above to reception. They 'thanked' me, but did not seem to take any action whatsoever to resolve, hence I felt a need to put down my experiences here. 

Another comment, staff did tell us that they have a 'hotel owned beach'. This is not strictly true, as it's the 'hotel group' that owns it, and hence its not a private or 'secret' by any means.

A beautiful location, not a good hotel.

Lovely location, terrible room and unhelpful staff

Just spent some relaxing time here. The hotel is nice with absolutely fabulous staff, they go above and beyond always helpful kind and caring. The food was also very nice perfectly cooked and fresh. I will certainly be back. I also loved the fact they had two cats that looked loved and cared for. Giving a shouts to all staff and a mention to Ece who was really helpful. The spa team and hairdresser was fantastic also.

What can I say…
After being our 5th stay at The Sertil now Ramada it’s still the same, only bug bare was now hot water Or water & electric keep going off, it will not put us off so Roll on 2025..
A massive thank you to this hotel & all the staff for their concern after I broke my foot in Saklıkent slipped on the rocks, they provided a wheel Chair within 20 minutes from our return from Hospital,
Big Thank You to Erna our room cleaner for all your lovely towel arrangements.

Also Ese Guest relations, also The Management Sean & Co so very nice & understanding, 

Bring back Yuesef & staff it will make it even better, as when it was Turkish night you had fireworks & all the bar staff got involved and got guest’s up to dance, and the night would carry on till midnight..

We had a hiccup when we arrived & we had been up since 3.30am so was grumpy. The hotel did resolve the issue fairly quickly & easyJet resolved the rest through email very efficiently so after that it was a good holiday.
The hotel has amazing views!!!! It’s a small, quiet hotel that makes the most of its view. The rooms & pool is all situated to take in the view. We had a swim up room which I would really recommend. The poolside is a good size, plenty of space & beds for everyone & there is a lovely garden area aswell. Everything is geared up to be outside taking in the view.
Food is good, it’s a small hotel so the expectation can’t be of lavish food with lots of choice. It is adequate for the size & location of the hotel. The transfer from the airport is long but it’s a two time trip so for me it was fine. There are taxis outside the reception that will take you anywhere. We did the cable cars & paragliding. We did the cable cars on our own by just going to the place. The paragliding we booked on the same day through the hotel & it was good value for money. £90pp for pick & drop off & the paragliding. You pay extras for the photos & videos they take so if you don’t want to then say before they download everything on ur phone! The photos are between £20-£25pp. 
There’s plenty of staff at the hotel & they are not pushy or too much. They are just there to help, support & make it easier for you.
For me this was a cheap break away in a very busy year & I got exactly what I paid for so I was very happy. Citan the room manager was very good, very good customer service skills & delivered on everything he said.
The entertainment isn’t every night and again isn’t a full show as per big resorts but is nice for this small hotel. It gives you something to sit out at & enjoy for a few hours.
