Wyndham Garden Lara (ex. Lara Family Club)

Never write reviews but I feel like this place deserves it. Spent 2 weeks here mid April with my partner and 3 young kids and I've got too say it was brilliant! We were quite hesitant too book it as we went too Wyndham golf and spa (kusadasi) last year and thought it was awful! Facilities- Really good facilities, you've got the hotel itself, Ramada right next door and the beach area (couple mins walk away) with it own pools, slides bars, snack bars etc. Family rooms are a decent size and the mini bar gets filled up everyday with fizzy drinks and water. Hygiene- Place is actually spotless I hate seeing mess and bad hygiene but the staff work so hard they are constantly cleaning the areas and pools! Food- We all thought the food was decent. We ate in the ramada pretty much every evening as the food was much better. After 2 weeks the food usually gets quite boring and very samesy but we never felt that here! The ala carte restaurants were so so nice (Italian and mexican) would happily of paid extra. Snack and pizza bars, pancake and cake stations very good as well. There's also water stations everywhere where you can grab waters and freezers where you can help yourself to a good selection of ice creams/lollys. Entertainment- Was quite good their always running stuff down the beach area like aqua gym, darts, archery etc. Some of the evening acts were decent too. In fairness the season doesn't start till the beginning of may and that's when they start doing evening entertainment down the beach area which is supposed to be much better. Kids club - Don't usually put our kids in kids club but the girls wanted to go a couple times and it seemed well run and actually safe. Location- Really good if you want to go shopping soon as you walk out the hotel your pretty much right amongst it. 100% go to land of legends it's amazing! There's so many more good things I could say but we would definitely return!
