We stayed here for several days during July. The rooms are basic, but have air conditioning, wifi, and hot water. The rooms have balconies, and clotheslines, which is great for airing out towels after the beach. The common area has several tables, and is covered in grape vines. We were lucky to be there when the fruit was in season, and our hosts almost always sent us to the beach with fresh grapes. Additionally, there are beverages available for purchase in this area, which was very convenient. The property is only a 30 minute walk to the beach, and aside from a brief section, there is a wide sidewalk. Restaurants and convenience stores are only a five minute walk from the property. Due to misunderstanding with a ticket agent, we missed a night bus and needed to stay an extra night. Though no one spoke English, they stayed up until almost midnight helping us plan the easiest way to get to Istanbul the following day, and made staying the extra night as easy as possible.
