Although we had a basic room the views across Patara, the dunes & the sea were amazing. The food & evening meals are very good. Home cooked Turkish food. Evening meals different every night. 3 courses & plenty to eat. It is up a steep hill but transport can easily be arranged. Staff were friendly & the room was clean.

Relaxing stay with wonderful sunsets

I don't suggest this place for couples, maybe it's better option for families, the breakfast was very basic and staff are treating you like it's a five star hotel and it's your first time staying in a place, acting like their place is the best in area but it's not and because of this attitude I didn't like it. The only good thing about here is it's cleanness and if you rent a room on second floor can see sea because this place is top of the hill.

Breakfast is not a buffet one, as it is advertised. Very poor and simple.
Poor room cleaning.
Hotel manager is very nervous about accepting credit cards. If you want to pay for transfer by credit card he will charge bank commission.
Too far away from Patara center.
See view is spoiled by abandoned hotel construction

Very disappointing - Do not book this place
Reasons:
1. The placement on the map is false and misleading. The pension is somewhere far from the city. We followed the road signs for the pension and leaded us in a deserted field, and at somepoint the road ended in a roadblock. False advertising.
2. We called the pension asking for directions and we learned that they don't speak english as it is said in their presentation. The only english they knew was "cash" and "money". So they were unable to lead us trough the phone and we had to speak to the locals that leaded us in the middle of nowhere until we found the pension. It was just impossible to find it on own our. It is obvious that the misleading about the location is intentional, because instead of being in the middle of the city (as shown on the map) it is in a field at about 5 km outside the city borders. False advertising.
3. Even though the outside of the property was looking fairly good, when we entered the building we booked, we we're hit by a strong nasty smell, that we couldn't find the source of. We opened the windows and left them for hours, without success.
4. The door to the bathroom locked itself, the owner tried for hours with many keys to unlock it. We had to leave it always open so it won't lock again. In the evening the same thing happened with our bedroom room, luckily we opened it with the help of our son that was in the other room. 
5. The kitchen looked bad, the furniture was dirty, the dishes were dirty and the quality overall was close to none.
6.  They do not speak english. Nobody there speaks english, so it is false advertising. 
7.We said through signs that we want to eat dinner and pay for it but they told us through signs too that this is not possible. So again, the information on the site is a lie. False advertising.
8. Even though the advertising said that you can pay with credit card, they said it is not possible, we need to pay cash. We had to go back to the city, find an atm so we could pay them. Again, false advertising.
9.  The wifi is very poor.
10. The breakfast is very bad quantity and quality wise. We looked for water to drink, could not find it so we asked them and they pointed to a refrigerator. We took 3 small bottles, one for each person. When we wanted to leave the owner stopped us and asked for 2 euro for the 3 small water bottles (0,5L) even though the breakfast was included in the price.
11.In our room we found a flying spider that terrified us, it was flying like a helicopter, eventually after a terrifying chase we managed to eliminate it.
12. They hold our passports until we left even though we paid first thing when we arrived. When i asked for them they said it's not possible and i will receive them tomorrow.
13. We managed to stay calm because we did not want to ruin our vacation but this pension is a CATASTROPHE.
14. All of the above was brought to the attention of booking.com after we arrived back home. Unfortunately, i still see that the FALSE INFORMATION regarding location, english speaking, credit-card payment and other mentioned ARE STILL ADVERTISED.
