We were well aware that this was not the place to go to chill out in the peak season but we had no problem in September. It suited our basic needs and the breakfasts were delicious. The dogs were a bit of a problem.

Relaxing place to chill out

The good things about here is silence and fairly having clean room with warm water.
But I don't suggest stay there for more than 1 night also I offer take your 1 night stay without breakfast because the breakfast served was even more regular than the one we can eat in a very dirty and basic cafe. 
Bargain for price, don't use booking.com because it will be very expensive.
Staff are like people in street, not talking warmly, not showing smile and even respect as appreciate your stay in their place.
Kitchen is a mess and according to low quality and even not using fresh bread for breakfast everything in menu is extra expensive for that place!

very unprofessional!

It was a like a hostel with a price of a 4 star hotel.. Rooms have cheap material, there is no air condition and there is not a room service to change towels or sheets if you don't call them.. 

They sometimes make live concerts at the garden until 12:00 PM.. It is good if you like music but it is bad if you like to sleep. 

The sea and shore is very bad. It is impossible to swim from the front of the hotel so you have to find an other place to swim. 

These are OK if the hotel is cheap. But when you give a lot of money you are expecting a better accommodation.

Poor service, uncomfortable rooms, expensive

- very spartan rooms, and not well-cleaned (e.g. found hairpins in the shower that did not belong to me)

- be aware that you pay 2x the price if you book online. We booked a double room, and after we checked in we had the possibility that my sister might join us or a few nights. As the room we got already had a double & a single bed, we asked what their room rate is for 3. The rate we were given for 3 adults was ~30% lower than what we were paying 2 adults, incl. breakfast. And the answer when we pointed that out was "oh but you booked online and those are our online rates, you agreed that price already..." (And all this in a very unfriendly tone!!) 

- very loud live music on most nights until 2am at least, right before your window (most bands that took to stage were good, but still, sleeping in a club every night is not the definition of a relaxing vacation...)

- be aware that the sea in front of the hotel is almost a kelp forest and stony. We ended up walking to the public beach down the road everyday instead...

- do not expect any service if you are an early riser. Given the daily parties continuing into small hours, the staff usually sleep longer in the mornings. My dad tried to get breakfast 8am in the morning to no avail. The usual view out of your room before 10am is the after-party scene with trash and cigarette stubs from last night still in the garden...

Right on the beach, but that was pretty much the only plus

The only really good thing about this place was the location, its right on the beach with a great view ( but the beach was never cleaned up like every other place did). But otherwise the general service was bad, there was no soap or shampoo in the holders and no extra toilet paper ( I requested them every day to no avail ). there was no service to the rooms even for a 3 day stay which meant the dirty toilet paper never got cleaned out. Our room was badly in need of maintenance, one shower door was broken off its rails and was just propped up against the shower and one of the window shutters was hanging off its hinges. We never saw the young guys that staff it smile at all and the worst thing was that the bar plays music at full blast until 1-3 am so its impossible to sleep. Gumusluk is very expensive but the charge for this room was very poor value
