The Hotel is close to the beach and Restaurants thats the good bit 
The rooms are very dated and not wearing well ours had mold growing around the sink and was not very clean, handles and electric points broken  there was no hot water in the mornings the air con as well as the safety box ( which is not in the room but in the front office) cost £2:50 each per day so make sure you include that in the cost of the holiday also the air con is only in the bedroom so anyone sleeping in the living area will have a uncomfortable nights sleep in the Summer months We complained to the owner and Jet 2, to be fair the owner moved us to slightly better rooms and did try to make things right but still not up to the standard I have expected from Jet 2 and it took 3 days to move us so not great 

Will not be going back 

The rooms are old and dated but very clean and lovely and quiet had two wonderful weeks the staff were very helpful, plus only a short walk to the beach and the restaurants. Booking again for next year can't wait Terry and Barbara 


Great holiday

We have just got back from a fantastic stay at the Villa Nergis I could not recommend this hotel enough for a family stay. The rooms are basic and need some updating although I understand this has already started. The pool area is beautiful with mature plants surrounding it. We never had a problem getting enough sun beds there was always enough to go round. Due to the small size of the apartment complex it was never too busy or crowded in the pool  situated in a perfect location for some great restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff were great especially Kenan who always made a fuss of the children and nothing was ever too much trouble. 

Great family holiday

Small beautiful complex, pool and garden areas are wonderful and have been upgraded and the bathrooms have been upgraded this year. The staff are great and can't do enough for you. My home from home. Looking forward to returning again next year. 

Home from home

These apartments are set in beautiful gardens with Bougainville and pomegranate trees as well as banana palms 
Basic equipment two ring hob but enough to cook eggs for breakfast then explore the many good food places around Bitez
The manager Mustafa is a great guy who will try solve any problems you have all the staff including the housekeepers are lovely and welcoming

Lovely peaceful setting a little hidden gem

Just back from a 3 weeks stay at villa Nergiz we just love this place its a little bit of magic the owner Mustafa Fırat is a gentleman and always there to help Ismail and hardja ( cleaner ) are so helpful they can't do enough for you it does need a little update but that wouldn't put us off going back. Location fabulous supermarket just next door fruit and veg shop, and the restaurant next door we loved it. Great hoilday ❤️

Magical

I've just come home after 10 at Nergiz with my mum.Whilst the rooms are a bit tired and dated,the pool area more than makes up for this.Sun loungers are plentiful and the sun is over the pool all day.The apts are basic but kept really clean by the lovely cleaner ( who became my mums best friend ,even though neither of them could understand what the other said 😂) my mum had a really bad fall in Dalyan whilst we were there ( found out at home today she had broken a rib) but the cleaner and Ismail the manager couldnt do enough to help my mum.They were amazing with her.The only downside was the resteraunt next to the hotel .The food was awful our mixed salad consisted of just lettuce and onions ,the sea bass was over cooked and slapped on the plates in front of us so we only ate there once,.sad really as it could be a really lovely place to sit and eat and watch the world go by.so many lovey places to eat  .You really need to go to Almeira on the beach and Bar Humbug which is less than a minute walk from the appts.Already booked To go back.Thanks Ismail and the Hardja( the cleaner,) for looking after my mum so well xx

Hidden Gem

Stayed here first week September, great location, lovley staff. Rooms ok but need a lick of paint, very dated. Pool area  is lovley and clean. Will stay again. Hopefully they will clean them up a bit in the winter. Love bitez and have been going for over 20 yrs. 

Nice place

Great, quiet place to relax. The staff keep it perfectly clean. The manager Ismail is a wonderful person who is very helpful with everything. The owner Mustafa is a very pleasant person and a great conversationalist. Who wants to swim in the pool has that too. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. There are many shops,  markets, restaurants and bars along the way. Rufus the dog is Villa Nergiz's trademark and main beach guy. There are many kittens who will look at you from the balcony. Of course, next year we will be their guests again.

Great, quiet place

The only positive thing about these apartments is it location.  The rooms are dated and dirty. You would have to keep your flip flops on just to shower is was that bad. We had booked four apartments for a family holiday.  We walked in and within 10 minutes we all walked out and booked into the corner boutique hotel across the road. If you are not a back packer and looking for a family holiday.  Avoid at all cost.
