Palace Paradis

Went with my daughter for 10 days at the end of March. Had a fabulous time as always. Hotel can't do enough to for us when we are there. They accommodated everything I asked, like it was never any trouble. I even asked the shop if they could order me a particular Type of Shisha tobacco and they had no problem doing this at all. They even adjusted a watch that my daughter wanted to buy as it was too big for her, now fits perfectly. Food was great as always, drinks were flowing nicely. Always love the coffee there too. Can't say enough about the staff, they are all fabulous. Lovely to see Ali and Mohamed at the Eden bar always happy to see you with smiling faces. New animation team seem lovely and the activities around the pool were funny to watch with people jumping in the pool. The dinner staff and Jiji are always welcoming and talk to you, wishing you a good meal, they made my daughter's birthday a lovely occasion. We like to go to the disco for a little while and was nice to Hamdi there for a couple of days, my daughter was happy to see him too. At midnight on her birthday Jiji came out with a little cake and candle for her in the disco which was lovely. And then on the day of her birthday we entered the restaurant to a table with beautiful swans on the table and flower petals and brought her out a lovely cake, singing happy birthday. Spent most evenings in the Disco with Jiji, and was lovely to see her, my daughter also loves Jiji very much. She always had a shisha pipe ready for me when she knew I was coming, knew my drink so would ask me if I wanted it and pour it for me straight away. We had some beautiful weather when we went so was a nice change to February, which was a bit colder. Can't wait to go back for two weeks in June.
