Just arrived.
Positive:
- lady @ the check-in was friendly
- the seaview from the balcony is really very nice
- the hotel is built directly at seaside
Mediocre and negative:
- even the hotel is only a two star unit, there's absolutely no decoration in the room. The mini mini mini tv shows only 2,5 programs
- not even a chair on the balcony
- the room is quite outdated, in the whole hotel there seem to be some work or renovations going on, many areas are not accessible or really not nice to look at
- there's no hotel beach and I couldn't find any access directly from the hotel to the small public beach nearby.
- there's a pool with good and large seize, but there's no water inside !!!
- took a coffee at the seafront snack, it's frequented by locals, who don't do the ramadan and they charged me 6 dinars for a mediocre white coffee in a 2 star hotel!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, cause the hotel neither has in-room facilities nor can there be done anything in the hotel.
The fact, that the pool doesn't have any water in June is kind of shocking.

Booked this hotel because my boyfriend lives near.. very basic from outside but quite delightful inside. Lovely welcoming staff both in reception and bar. Cleaning maids very lovely also. Breakfast simple but edible... not the best coffee!!! 
Rooms basic but clean! Bedding clean but towels need updating.....
Bathrooms need attention! Rusty shower rail, and shower head ancient! However lots of hot water....
Plastic toilet seat very old and stained.... 
little things could easily be rectified...
TV could be updated.....
Great balcony view of the ocean!!!! Would image terrace was nice in summer months. I did sit out to sunbathe with coffee and was given nuts and snacks by friendly bar man...
Reasonably priced hotel, would recommend!!!

Out of season but perfect

Hotel Jalta is located right on the ocean front but no beach. The hotel is fairly large with a large 4 lane swimming pool and atrium garden but apparently not properly maintained. At night, the hotel complex is dark, the rooms offer no basic amenities. 
 

Large Ocean Front Hotel But Poorly Maintained

We stayed in this beautiful place for a summer holiday. It has a nice beach and a big pooland great restaurant near the beach.Meals are delicious. Hotels staff is very kind and helpful. Dont forget to enjoy the sunrise! Probably the best place you can find in Bizerte. 

Such a beautiful place in Tunisia

Pleasantly surprised at what a great place this turned out to be.  We got a great deal from when we arrived as there were available rooms when we booked the day before.  Friendly receptionist when we arrived and great service all round with staff who helped us on our visit.  Well worth the visit to Bizerte not too far way from the centre 3 min drive but the coast is on your doorstep
