This hotel is beyond amazing. The staff everywhere around the hotel from Reception to Housekeeping …. everywhere are brilliant and so consistent wth the excellent service throughout. Our favourite restaurants were The Talay and The Floating Market. The Sala Spa and the Nalinya Spa were both great. The Reception staff were so welcoming and so quick to resolve any issues. The Manager Pui Pui and Supervisor Jummy inc the team were great. The rooms were being cleaned and replenished really well …. Noi consistently did a great job and so hardworking and friendly too. We were in a swim up pool in the Lagoon. The rooms are so well thought of ie hooks, sockets, mirrors etc I can go on and most of all an iron in your room permanently which was a fantastic quality iron - my linen clothes looked immaculate 🙏🏻 The Floating Market supervised by Queen so brilliant and so were her Team .💜 The Talay Restaurant staff were brilliant too … Alisa and Kate, the rest of the team too Their Greek Salad was better than ones I hv had in Greece. Their Mango and Sticky Rice OMG the best I have had in Thailand and I hv been all over Thailand as love it 💜 The Sands Hotel staff were professional, courteous, warm and friendly consistently making your stay there a great stay 💜 All I would say is that it is a busy family wth kids hotel so try to avoid school holidays if you want complete peace 💜 Also another tip is to book the Seaside Junior Suite if you want your own swim up pool as kids over 12 there whereas the Lagoon and Aqua zones you could end up wth families on either side so it can be noisy dependent on how considerate the families are 💜 The whole resort is beautiful and the beach is a great walk as we used to walk one end to the other …. clean beach wth clear waters wth no rocks etc so great wth bare feet 💜 This hotel works towards serving excellence consistently 🙏🏻 and do great professional job
