Stayed here for 2 nights when visiting patong in December 2019 good large rooms with king size bed nice friendly reception staff always willing to help, provided with good facilities in the room safe, flat screen TV, fridge etc. All I all a very pleasant experience at this hotel at a very reasonable price I would recommend booking online as you will get a better rate than walking in from the street as I found when I tried to extend my stay by 1 night, right next door to a 7 eleven but hey everything is when your in Thailand?? Never seen so many convenience stores in one area literally one on every street. Short distance walk to jungceylon shopping centre, otop market and bangla road, one thing negative about the hotel is that it is not on the beachfront as advertised so very misleading on this point, but in conclusion a clean and spacious hotel which offers a good standard for the money that you pay for the room

Great hotel with spacious rooms

A bit out of the way from beach - reception staff not helpful at all. Room was a good size. Cleaning average for Thailand. Breakfast below average. The guy working at breakfast was very good - pleasant and helpful.

It was OK

We found this hotel to be a good location for our stay in Patong. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was priced cheaply which was reflected in its cleanliness. The Wi-Fi wasn't amazing, nor was the breakfast, but it was OK for a cheap stay. 

Cheap accommodation 

Absolute nightmare of a stay. Had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The mattress was so hard that it was like sleeping on a plank of wood!! The tap water was yellow which meant we had to use bottled water to rinse our mouth! The bedding, whenever the room was made, was not changed. There was a small, unique, stain on the duvet cover which gave it away! For such a long stay, we would have expected the sheets to be changed whenever the room was made.

On a positive note, Shower worked fine. The room was a good size and close to most things in Patong. WiFi was decent too. Fridge/Freezer in room was good.

I would not stay here again, even if it was free... not with that rock hard mattress!

Bee (the receptionist) insisted that our booking was for 2 guest only, while we were two adults and a 5 yo boy. She did not check in for us unless we would pay 400 bath per day, it was the hotel's policy. However, she simply refused to show the policy, as well as on traveloka, from which we booked our staying. We did not asked for extra bed, but she kept saying that we could not check in without pay 800bath for 2 days stay of the boy - breakfasts included. At last we had to pay 800bath because we failed to contact traveloka through phone. And earlier check in before 2pm will be charged 400 bath, too. There was a notice in the hotel, "We charge 300 bath for the lady" which made us confused if there would be anything that can be surcharged. And on the next morning, when we came for breakfast, the ladies said that it would not available until 9:00am. So ridiculous, you know what? All the tours to islands start picking up at 8:30am, and at 8:00 they said they are still cooking, breakfast is served at 9:00 only. Just to say, never recommend anyone to stay there.
