254 reviewsRight from the moment I recieved a message reply from the hotel, I knew this would be a good experience. The message began with "Dear Beloved Guest" which I have not seen in a message reply for a special request. It made me feel quite special and my request was graciously approved. Upon check in I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff member and quickly checked in. My first impression of the room was, extremely clean. Not a speck of dirt or odour. The air conditioner worked well and it offered purification from the pollution outside. The unit was near new and well maintained.The positive experience only continued as communication with all staff members was exceptional. I was waiting for a package with some confusion from the sender but the staff worked hard to listen to all my requests. When checking out my package still hadn't arrived. I was getting worried but as I waited for a grab (which cancelled on me after a long delay) a smiling staff member exited the hotel and brought my delivered package to me. He really went the extra mile and I'm confident they would do this for all their guests. 100% recommend booking here if you're solo or a couple. I would have booked in longer but they were sold out.
