In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
