Nopparat Garden

We were a party of 8, and stayed at Nopparat Garden 10 days ago (End of April). Our purpose for coming to the area was the Amphawa Floating Market, Maeklong Railway Market, and two wonderful private boat tours. We researched the different options thoroughly, and found Nopparat Garden to be perfectly situated for our purposes, brand new and modern, beautiful, and with everything we could possible require. I must say that aside from the gorgeous views over the river, the clean, modern, air-conditioned and well-equipped rooms, the nice (and yummy) restaurant, and the perfect location, what really impressed us was the amazing care and assistance we received from Nopparat's staff and management before, during, and after our stay. I've traveled all over the world, and have NEVER experienced this level of service before. Without going into every detail (there were so many), I can simply say that even the tiniest details were meticulously looked after by Nopparat Garden. Well before arriving in Thailand, they had already arranged for us: 1) A private boat that picked us up in the afternoon (from their pier!) for a tour of the Amphawa Floating Market, followed by an evening fireflies "show" out in nature, in various points along the huge and beautiful river. 2) A private boat the following day that awaited us in Khlong Khon, where we fed monkeys along the river, and watched groups of students plant various trees in the muddied banks of the river. 3) A private minibus + driver, who took us to our various attractions and brought us back to Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport. 4) A seafood restaurant recommendation en route to the Airport. Communication was fantastic throughout (mainly via email), and we were even provided with a telephone number of an English-speaking staff should we require further assistance! Upon check-in, the owner of Nopparat Garden (an English-speaker himself) showed up and offered help in every way. He made sure we got on our boat in the afternoon, and the following day that our driver showed up on time, etc. I can say that, without a doubt, Nopparat Garden is a MUST for anyone staying in the Samut Songkhram area. It was simply the perfect hotel, and the most enjoyable and memorable experience for us. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Nopparat Garden, for everything. We will be back!
