We did not stay at Cool Runnings, but spent a good deal of time in their restaurant and lounge. Frank (the owner) is quite knowledgeable and helpful about a wide range of travel (and other!) topics. The staff there are quite kind and the food in the restaurant is tasty and a good value. Cool Runnings is right on the beach so you can eat your meals listening to the sounds of the waves lapping with a cool breeze on your face. Frank organized a few very nice outings for us and took out photos of animals he had taken to show our daughter. One of his staff members helped pull sea urchin needles out of my husband's foot after he inadvertently stepped on one. They are really very kind there.
