We stayed one night in a double bed room which was in good and clean condition for a really fair price. 
The owner was very friendly and helpful. He organized us a tuk tuk driver for four persons in the early morning to get to the pidurangala rock. After we came back he made us an amazing sri lanka breakfast on the terrace in front of our room, which was very delicious.
We can highly recommend this nice place and would stay there again!

Really nice accomodation with an amazing owner

Conveniently located near the entrance to the Sigiriya Rock site (walking distance) and cafes and restaurants. Delicious Sri Lankan breakfast served on the terrace, and welcome drink on arrival. Friendly, helpful and responsive host. Fast and reliable WiFi – the best we have had in recent travels. Tranquil and attractive garden setting. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Terrace with outside seating. Simple room with comfortable bed, great air con and remote-controlled fan, too.  Hot shower.  Great value for money. Highly recommend this guesthouse - wish we could have stayed longer! We would stay here again when in Sigiriya.

There is a restaurant on site, but it was not open while we were there.

There were just a few minor issues, but they didn’t negatively affect our stay. E.g., used bars of soap in the bathroom left from previous guest, and some construction work and attendant debris adjacent to the garden (but no active construction going on while we were there).

Peaceful setting, convenient location, wonderful host

Good location , walking distance from city centre . Nice big room ( AC ) with private bathroom ( hot and cold water ) . Delicious breakfast with tasty local food and fruits . Great wifi . Here you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing in Sigiriya . Very friendly owner Gamini and his family will help you with any question of problem you have . Thanks Gamini !

Just relax 

Nice and wonderful host, confortable room, and really close to the Sigiriya Rock and to great bars and restaurants in the jungle. AC works great and the breakfast is good. For being in the middle of the jungle, is a good option!

Nice Place to enjoy Sigiriya

The host is such an amazing person, he did everything to make my stay as perfect as possible.
The room was nice and confy, the breakfast was amazing, not only the meal itself but you could also watch monkeys climbing tree's just right there in the garden.
He also has his own restaurant in the front and serves delicious supper for good money.
I can just recommend this place!!
