We stayed in this villa for 3 nights. Very close to the beach. Nice pool, a lot of fun for the hottest time in a day when its too much to go to the beach.
Villa is very spacious and has all the basics you need. We had the whole villa just for ourselves, which gave us the privacy we were looking for.
The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us a ride to the supermarket when we asked. 


Good value for money, we stayed for a few nights. Property is away from the main road and close to the nice part of the beach. The host was excellent, very helpful and kind - was able to help us with our onwards journey.

We really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights - it's fantastic value for money in Hikkaduwa!

Very large and clean room and bathroom - shower was hot water which was really appreciated after 4 weeks of cold showers in Sri Lanka!

You can use the swimming pool and lounge chairs. Also can use the kitchen and fridge. 

This place would be really good to stay in for families and groups of friends as there's also lots of seating areas to sit and chill.

The best thing we think is the location - No it's not beachfront but it's also not near the constantly busyand noisy main road. The beach, bars and restaurants etc. are only a short walk over the railway tracks, but far enough away not to hear all the noise.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely perfect place, close by to everything you need. Great villa to stay in, clean, comfortable and generally nice. Bathroom is great with hot water. Kitchen area to use was good too. Best parts are the pool and the owner, he’s so friendly. Highly recommend staying here. 

We stayed here for a week in October hoping to find some pre-season surf. Fabrizio and the staff were a great bunch who helped us with transport from Colombo and advice on local prices and surf. Very comfy venue and really great value. Also we are a little older than your typical budget travellers but felt right at home. Highly recommend.

A very nice place with friendly staff and good location. We stayed during off season and there were no other guests but it was great. We used their kitchen to cook delicious seafood and it was great. There is a nice pool. There also was a low pressure in the shower but it was Ok. Highly recommend for budget travellers.
