The loveliest staff. Hansa is a genuinely nice soul. We made a mistake about whether we paid or not and Hansa, the receptionist, dealt with it in such a kind, professional manner. At a hostel I have never been treated in such a nice way. Rooms are comfy and quiet. Very good location. Definitely recommend.
