Hostal Isabel Sanxenxo

We did not book and walked in and asked to stay four days, our room was on the fourth floor, an attic room with sloping roof but still plenty of headroom beautifully decorated and with a lift to get you there. The cleaners kept it spotless and at night with the windows open the breeze kept us cool. Breakfast was downstairs and Bodega Julio in the basement. Isabel's art work adorns the building and with her husband Julio they are wonderful, kind, helpful hosts. They do not speak English and we do not speak Spanish but some of the staff helped with translation. We stayed for another eight days and would not hesitate to stay here again. I know Isabel values her rating and the couple work hard to deserve the best.
