Please inform La Galesa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Villaspain.co.uk will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following services can be requested before arrival: * bed linen and towels, per person, EUR 12 * cot, EUR 31 * extra cleaning, EUR 53 * fan, EUR 12 * high chair, EUR 16 * hamper, EUR 23 * extra bed (where possible), EUR 77 A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
