The terrasse is only open from 8:00 to 9:00. There are no reading lights by the beds. The check in has to be just after or at 14:00 until 21:00 i think, so the reception is not open after 21:00 which i think is not so cool.

Sunrise, sunrise

We emailed to make a reservation at this hostel. They replied saying they had room and to come anytime we wanted. On hostedl world it says the reception is open till 24:00 But we arrived at 23:00 and no was there to greet us. We could here the television behind the shutters to reception and we tried phoning but there was no answer. Luckily there was a hostel with rooms round the corner but this is unacceptable and they have not replied to my latest email to apologise.

No one at reception even when it was 'open'

Great location, safe, quiet at night. Rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. And there is a large kitchen and rooftop. The biggest downside, the beds are NOISY!! They squeak every time you move. Overall good stay though, staff was also friendly!

Great location, lacks a few amenities

We booked shared room (Dorm type) but the bed was the worst, not to mention the room don't have enough plug outlet. And very noisy from outside, bathroom was dirty and Room Smells. Very disgusting in short! So we decided to transfer to their so-called Deluxe room with no phone, plus no WIFI connection, for 2 Nights more!! And the lady at the reception was not helpful at all!! I had to go down twice to tell her my concern only to find out that she cant do anything, and about to end her shift, how Great was that right?? So indeed the price we pay was not worth it at all!!

Only Good for Gypsy Style travellers.

This hostel has some great features showing attention to detail and imagination. Homely living space with kitchenette and sofas. Clean and cared-for rooms. Roof terrace is a great place to meet people, it has great views. Also easy to access being a few paces from the airport bus stop st Plaza Real and a few minutes walk from the cathedral.
