The most interesting place with medium price you can find! Host was fabulous and kind! Everything you need was done immediately and kindly! Amazing swimmingpool for both children and adults was very quiet and relaxing. Bike  were free! Billiards and toys for children! Wonderful place to stay and relax. If you have a car the best place to stay if you go to cuenca and valle encantada! Fast check in and out! Cheap and good breakfast (suggested!)

Very very very friendly and kind host, delicious breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, great well maintainded garden and big pool. We had a great time, thank you! We will recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were staying in a two bedroom apartment. There were two bedrooms, three(!) toilets and two showers and also a combined kitchen-livingroom. Everything was clean and we had enough space for a family of five. The kitchen could be equipped better, more dishes would have been nice. The absolut luxury when travelling with kids was the washing machine. The room didn't have air conditioning or fan, but keeping the windows open at night did the trick, we were absolutely fine.
Pool area is clean and the pool was cleaned daily. On the weekend the place was packed, but on the weekdays we had the pool almost to ourselves. There are also picnic tables close to the pool area where you can bring your own food. There were even barbecues but we didn't try them.
We had hired a car so it was easy to get by but there was also a but stop right in front of the hotel.
Next to the hotel is a nice restaurant and opposite there is a local tennis club.

Manager of the place, Driss, was an amazing person. Helpful, talkative and nice to the kids. He speaks Spanish and French and only little bit of English, but we managed to have nice chats with our few words of Spanish and his English.

Peace and quiet only 10 minutes from the centre of Cuenca

Four adults shared a 2 bed apartment for 3 days. One bedroom and bathroom was fine, the other far too small and no drawers of any kind. Hanging space only. No hooks for hanging. Nowhere to dry towels or anything else.
Had a decent oven and microwave but no kettle (typical Spanish). Insufficient cups cutlery, plates etc. Difficult location to find. Had a nice pool but quite a lot of leaves in it. Soundproofing between rooms non-existent, but nice sitting area outside for eating, drinking or chatting. Needs a good clean up outside to clear weeds and leaves. friendly couple who run it. Very mixed feelings about this place. Good location but could be so much better than it is with a little bit of thought and expense.
