Voramar Cambrils

Visited Voramar apartments in September/October as a family of 3 on a full board basis. Apartment are clean and serviced on a daily basis. Comfortable beds in bedroom,clean sheets and towels. Good size living room with sofa that converts to two single beds and kitchen annexe with electric hob and small fridge. Satellite TV , dining table and 4 chairs as well as some storage living room units. Balconies are large with outdoor furniture clothes drier. There are 3 blocks and with apartments either facing poll area or street and other surrounding areas. The hotel caters for families and children and the entertainment mostly focuses on the needs of the youngest guests. There is a playground, games room, cocktail bar and a shop within the premises, shop however (not sure if it belongs to Voramar) should review their attitude toward its Clients, rather rude and inpatient with children which made us choose to shop elsewhere. Hotel feels very secured and can be entered only via reception which is great when travelling with children. WIFI available in reception or can be purchased to use in room. Food is good and plentiful for the price. Yes it becomes repetitive if you stay for more than one week but choice of dishes would satisfy most. Our favourite was lunch as this seem to have the best food. you can request packed lunch day before if going out. Beach is across the street which is fantastic.Voramar is located outside the hassle of Salou and Cambrills whis is good if you like quiet walks and peaceful beaches but there is very little choice of shops,bars a d restaurants near by so you have to take either a long walk to busy resorts (40mins) or get a bus ride or taxi. Overall good hotel with many Spanish guests as well European visitors.Rude shop staff. Staff working directly in the hotel all pleasant and polite. Good food, Secure hotel at all times and nearly on the beach. I'm giving 5 out of 5 for the service, facilities, accomodation and food mainly because this hotel is so well priced and affordable to families with children who are looking for comfortable holidays rather than unnecessary luxuries.
