We had a 4 night stay 5 days here , where to start , the owners were fantastic nothing is to much or to little for them to do for you , the apartments are totally fine for what u need on holiday beds are comfy and the view is absoutley beautiful, the pool was great for time to cool down , you can reach the big beach by the steps there is 77 or is la cala beach is down a steep hill ... yes there is a lot of walking but it's defiantly doable  ... Perfect stay for us as a family 

Perfect 

Hotel was very basic. But had what you needed bed, kitchen and toilet. The bed was comfy enough. The kitchen was small but served us for what we needed which was the toaster and fridge freezer. The rooms could do with an update really as very old fashion but not really an issue. 

The location was okay. We had to get taxis everywhere as nothing we wanted was near by. There are a few cafe and shops down the Cardiac Hill but we didn't really go down there. The beaches are pretty close. One smaller one down cardiac hill and one the more benidorm side which was pretty long.  

All in all for the price was paid it was fine and suited our needs for the weekend. 

Good for a base

I know this hotel is fairly cheap but my word it is so so basic! The toilet door didn’t even close! It wedges against the boiler. The bed was rock hard! So uncomfortable. The kitchenette was dirty. 

If you want to be close to the nightlife/strip avoid this place as it is 14€ each way in a taxi so very expensive. 
The nearest amenities are at the bottom of a huge hill ! 
The only real positive is the lady who runs it is really lovely and helpful. 

Basic! 

So me and 11 friends stayed here for a long weekend break 12-15th Aug 22.
No aircon and temperatures reaching 30’C at night made sleeping unbearable.

Security on the door first two nights all night and on the last night we all left together and our apartment was robbed!

On returning to the apartment there was no security!

Smelt like an inside job as no doors were broken or locks damaged. Passports deliberately left out but all electronics, watches, money and phones stolen within an hour of us leaving to go into Benidorm town centre.

Apartment owners called and was not interested and told us to call police ourselves. My Apple Watch location services was still showing as being inside the apartment complex so deffo an inside job.

Thieves!!!

Please don't be fooled by the pictures, they are years old and don't reflect the current conditions. We are easy going and in no way stuck up but even my wife refused to stay a single night here. We actually thought it was shut down!! The pool was empty and had huge cracks all through it, the lady said the pool was 'seasonal' The area around the police was as bad, and obviously low priority. Due to a building site next door the place was covered in brick dust. We got a refund on site then had to find somewhere else to stay, the lady at the apartment was actually very nice and helpful but it doesn't take from the fact it was an awful experience :-(
Luckily being April we found alternative accommodation but later in the season you may not be so lucky!!
