We have visited Elba palace on many occasions,you could say it's our second home. The staff are just one big happy family under the guidance of a wonderful lady called Pilar,who is so attentive to make sure everything runs smoothly. The welcome from Aneta is always with a beaming smile,another superstar of this amazing hotel. Whatever length of time you spend at the palace it's never enough,trust me. All in all a truly wonderful experience is guaranteed. We had the pleasure, on our recent visit,to meet mercedes the new general manager,we wish you well in your new position.
