Very clean and Nice welkome by the host. Everything we need  was there.
Quite area but close to the see and shops and restaurants white good food and prices.we go back when we have the time. Thanks for everything Andrea 😀😀

Great hotel . Lovely self catering apartment . Very close to Siam park beach and playas x perfect location . Nice clean hotel and lovely big pool .vending machine in foyer,hill up to hotel.steps up to reception x

Lovely hotel !!!

My friend and I stayed in an Apartment for One week. The area was Nice but close  to a Very trafficated Road - noisy. A Lot of elderly and friendly people.
Our apartment included the most needed things,  but the room wasn't that clean 
We booked through booking.com, and communicated with the host through the app, but she didn't answer. Our arrival-time was written in the app-conversation, but she haven 't seen it. We had to Call her, communicated in Really bad English,  and She told us,  that she  had messaged through WhatsApp.. Thats not explicit anywhere... A guy came after 1 hour with  the keys and wanted the Money in cash (440€).. and he hadn't brought any recieve for us.. again calling the owner, and She promised to but the recieve under the door Later that afternoon.. and She did. Just pay attention  to that, when you rent.
We couldnt open the frontdoor without getting the Feeling of destroying it.  Nobody have told us that.
And..  the wifi was "broken"... 

Near the beach

the place is soooo smalll
we ehere here as a family with a child and I can say is not a place for chils
you can't sleep because many people drink and party all night.

I do not recommend for families

yes, the host is very ok, she also brought us an extra chair for the child and clothes hooks because we didn't have any
but the space is very small and is not for families

The building is very bad maintained. The neighbour next door is a prostitute and brings every night drunk and drugged men who make scandal. The app is full of dust, there is no shower gel, no bags for bin, just some leftovers of toilet paper, it smells like mud, the linen is very old and yellow, no white anymore,  so are the walls. DON'T GO THERE NEVER

Booked through booking.com. Nobody here when we arrived. Had to ring twice to gain entry. The apartment was being cleaned when finally told we could gain access. The bedding had been taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed. Pillows and mattress were wet because of this. I had to completely strip the bed and hang the bedding out to dry on the balcony. Sat on the sofa and all the covers were also wet, so had to take all of them off and dry these also. Bath towels provided had not been washed and smelt of someone’s personal use, were covered in dye, thin, tiny, mismatched and very tired. I had to go to the supermarket and buy detergent so I could wash them. The whole apartment stank very strongly of stale cigarette smoke and did not get any better throughout the whole week. We had apartment 212 which was really dated, had horrible coloured woodchip papered walls., pine furniture and a tiny bathroom which proved eventful when showering in the confined cubicle. Could not hang clothes in wardrobes because of awful cigarette smell, I had to hang each garment on the balcony to freshen up before I could wear it. The smell clung to everything. The location was central but I  Will never stay here again.

Do not book apart that Fabio Jebs he takes your money and won’t refund it. I booked through Agoda clearly states on the terms n conditions payment not till the month before you go and cancellation is a full refund before 30 days of arrival. I cancelled 4 months prior and I haven’t been refunded. Fabio is ignoring my emails and Agoda aren’t any help. He took the full amount out of my account is a fraudster.

Do not book apartment if Fabio owns the apartment. He is a fraudster or book through Agoda
