This hotel is great location and very clean also the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, enjoyed our stay there immensely,. Thank you.

--fairly comfortable stay--bathtub is a bit small, and water does not get very hot, but it is still relaxing--probably the best wallpaper I've seen in any hotel in Korea (I found it relaxing)--stayed in mid-April 2018, and the heat was on too high

I wanted to use the bathtub, but the water was not hot enough. So do not choose this room for the bathtub. The bathroom looked like there was moisture on the floor, and the walls need some refresh. But the room itself was nice, with enough space and some drinks in the fridge.The situation is great with the train station and the buses not too far.

Nice motel, clean and in a great location down town. Rooms are quiet and the owner is really kind and speaks some English. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Andong. Motel very close to train station and has free car parking if you're driving. Good restaurants available locally. 

Nice motel with good location 

We had problem to find the hotel using the GPS. At first, we were pointed to Hotel Gallery. Galleria Hotel is near the Andong train station. We stop by the Police station next to the train station to ask for help. The policemen were so helpful .... a credit to the people of Andong. It is not a new hotel but the room was comfortable enough for our 1 night stay. The wall paper is very colorful - may be reflecting the culture of Andong. Bath towel is small size (common for Korea hotels). Mr. Lee is very helpful and set the GPS for our drive to Busan.

Good location. Lift. Good size room.

Good location. Walking distance from the city center, the bus station and the train station. The matras is softer compere to other hotels in Korea, which is good. The maintains could be better. Some of the bathroom tiles where broken. The condense pijp of the air conditioning was leaking all the time, on the bathroom floor. Which made the floor wet all the time! And that was very annoying! The floor rag on the 6th floor was very dirty and the corridor smell like cigarettes.. .The personal are very friendly!  

 A fair accommodation for your money. 

Stayed for a couple of nights. Limited english spoken by staff at check-in, but still very helpful an friendly. When we couldn't quite communicate some of the finer points, they called a friend who translated! :) Rooms were relatively basic, but perfectly comfortable. Walkable to food street and the other sights. Good price too.

Decent hotel and location.

My family and I stayed here during the International Mask Dance Festival. It is a short walk from the downtown area as well as the train stop.  The room was clean, but older.  No breakfast, but there is a 7/11 a block away.  Enjoy!

Fair accommodation in a great location

We booked this hotel so we could see the village. The rooms were basic but had a small fridge and free wifi. There is no breakfast available but you are in the downtown are so there are lots of options. The day we were to leave is was raining hard so we stayed an extra night and there was no problem. The train station is just a few blocks away and with the map provided by the owner it was very easy to get around to the things we wanted to see.

Room and bathroom clean though dated. Hairdryer in my daughters room didn't work. Couldn't get TV in our room to work. Didn't bother us particularly as we were there only one night
