we came there late evening without having booked.
we could stay the night in the last free tiny room.
everything nice and clean and a super breakfast.
we felt very welcome and got tips for our further stay in port elizabeth since they had no further availibility.

Feels like home!

I stayed here as part of my South African tour to see the country and watch the England cricket team play South Africa.

I was overwhelmed by the warmth of the welcome I received and the hospitality provided and I would have no hesitation in staying again.

I felt safe and the bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Breakfast was in the patio area undercover just by the swimming pool in a pleasant and relaxing garden area. Also easy access to the beach nearby.

The hosts made me very welcome and nothing was too much for them.

Highly Recommended For The Hospitality Received

I stayed at Eltham Lodge for 5 nights and what a lovely experience.  The rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable. Margaret is a wonderful host and really went out of her way with my very "picky" appetite!  It is situated in a quiet road, magnificent garden and sparkling pool!  The food was very good and it was just a wonderful experience.  Will definitely go there again when next in PE.

What a super place

I stayed at Eltham Lodge in December 2014 for four nights.

The rooms are comfortable, very clean and neat.
I loved the atmosphere and Margaret is a excellent host. 
The lodge is walking distance from the main beach and the Boardwalk. 
Getting around is not a problem at all.
The fresh fruit every morning  - devine!!

I will definitely recommend anybody to stay at Eltham Lodge.
