We stayed in the cottage which is absolutely beautiful and cool in the hot summer weather. Very clean and functional and the hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Affordable and definitely worth a visit.

Peaceful and serene.

The accommodation was neat, tidy, clean, comfortable and felt like home even though we were 5 hours away from our Cape Town residence. The host was warm, friendly and welcoming and received us with a huge smile as he escorted us to our garden cottage. The cottage is well equipped with everything needed to make your stay convenient. It was definitely worth the money spent, the service received was very professional and efficient. I will certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone in the future.

A home away from home!

We were looking for a nice quiet place to stay for the 360ne Mtb event with space and safe parking. We have found it ! We got alot more than anticipated! Wow , we were greeted soonest we arrived and felt at home immediately!  The hospitality were fantastic and sincere! Thank you for all the suggestions on where to eat. We had a feast !  This accommodation is worth every cent and more. Great / good hearted people running this place ! May God bless you !

We had a one night stay in their 2 bedroom cottage located just behind their guesthouse , just a few steps from the main guesthouse. A small sitting area with only dining table n chairs , no sofa, one bedroom has a double bed n the second room twin beds. A full bath with tub n shower.Only hand wash provided , no shampoo or soaps. it was winter n there was hot water available.Wi fi was there but signals were strong only in the lounge of main guesthouse.So wi fi did not work in the bedrooms of the cottage at all , but since we were for only a night it did not matter. its a calm n quiet place , no street noise.The kitchenette area in the cottage is v basic , a microwave , a few cups , an electric hotplate , a sink to wash utensils , no oven or cooking utensils , but the main guesthouse kitchen has a full kitchen with oven , microwave, pots n pans etc families with small children should be aware of this .They do provide clean towels for bath. Dont expect any luxuries . its a v simple basic accommodation.it was value for money for the price paid.There are many eating places within a minutes walk , you can get halal food  at oudtshoorn inn hotel, which is just across the road.They do have a small outdoor pool , which we couldnt use as it was winter.

Clean n comfortable accommodation

Converted house into a guest house with rooms. Parking could get interesting as you park in line in the garage, but your car is secure. The rooms are spacious and quite quaint. Tea, coffee in room. En suit simple but effective and more than adequate. Very comfortable bed (we slept like logs)Two large lounges with comfortable seating, Communal Kitchen with fridge/freezer, M/wave cooker pots and pans etc. Lovely garden at rear with pool and grassed area. Maid service every day who will do your washing and ironing if requested. Located within walking distance from the town with restaurants close by.
