We stayed in the Elephant room which has the most comfortable extra long bed. The room and location are very quiet, with the pool and gardens just lovely.
The hosts were perfect. Welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was most appreciated. We wish you good luck with this relatively new venture and look forward to seeing you again.

Lovely stay at Easy 5.

Lovely place to stay: very hospitable, helpful and friendly hosts Ally and Dave. Great ensuited rooms, secure and clean. Relaxed atmosphere with a sparkling pool and common area where we met other guests for a chat. Chose breakfast option which changed daily and was customised to my needs. Close to winelands, golf and shops. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great venue, superb facilities and friendly hosts

Dave is a friendly host.  We had a pleasant stay. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and their room upstairs.  First stay in Somerset West. Easy Five is situated in a beautiful area. Will definitely be back. 

Comfortable stay for a family of five. Clean and spacious. Kids just love the swimming pool.

The place was absolutely stunning and neat, the room exceeded my expectation and it was huge.  The hosts were friendly and very generous. Almost forgot that I was connected to the wi-fi for the whole 2 days, that was a bonus.

Little safari experience 

We enjoyed our brief two night stay at Easy Five in Somerset West.The property was easy to find and very conveniently placed to visit the vineyards. Our host was very welcoming and the pools a useable size.. The garden is very easy on the eye with Sun lounges available and plenty of shade when needed. We will visit again.

The Canadian host was one of the most inshospitable, unhelpful I have ever met - anywhere in the world. He just sat there while I moved everything from my car to the room on arrival and then back to my car when I left. When I asked for help with the heavy cases (I am 74 years old) he told me  he had a bad back....He made no effort to get various guests together in the evenings around the pool and, when I dared to point this out, he accused me of 'complaining' ! He ruined my birthday with his unpleasantness and, when I told him I wanted to move out early, he agreed to the two days notice. He said 'fine, then I will open up the bookings again'. However, when I checked Hotels.com the next day, I discovered that he had not and that the place was advertised as being fully booked! I then texted him to let him know I would still be moving out the next day, would then hand over the keys and let him refund me the R16,100.00 I had already paid in advance for the remaining days at the overpriced rate of R1150.00 per night... After loading up my car (while he sat by the pool!), I handed over the keys and gave him my credit card for the refund. He looked straight at me and asked me 'What's that for?' I simply could not believe it when he told me he wasn't going to refund me.  I was dumbfounded. Since then, I have been very unwell and in shock. I now have a lawyer helping me to recover all that money - about £800.00!!! This man, Francis Moran, should NOT be allowed to continue running a guesthouse in ths country.

Shocking treatment

Easyfive Guest House let you feel like home. Very friendly owner and staff. Breakfast as you like. Nice, clean rooms and a wonderful pool. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Some rooms have a private patio or garden. We will come again next year. 

Stay with friends

Very special place and with a strong African feel! Thatched rooves, great braai (BBQ) area near the lovely, very clean, swimming pool. Beautiful trees and garden. Also, very quiet and secure.
