A nice cozy space in a large house in the Sea Point area. Very friendly hosts. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on the main road, and walking distance to the beautiful sea promenade. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in that area.

Cozy

This is a fantastic place to stay, great setting, lovely bedrooms but most importantly great hosts. The location of the property is great, a five minute walk into seapoint, where there are wonderful restaurants to chose from. Lovely pool and great sun beds. This is our third time visiting and won’t be the last.

Great stay

Rhonda and Tony create a safe and comfortable environment that feels like your home away from home. The location is perfect and puts you right by the heart of sea point but also just far enough so that you don’t feel overwhelmed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxury stay.

Amazing time there! Feeling so welcome like home. Thank you for such an wonderful time and lovely service. The house is beautiful and the room is clean. Location is perfect. Near with the waterfront, can also see the Lion’s head from the house and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is really nice.

A fantastic home away from home, clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished with great finishes. Rhonda is always available to help, great location, not to mention the sun room makes for a great reading spot :)

Thank you Rhonda for your gracious hospitality. We had a short stay and you made us feel really welcome and special. We can’t wait to spend another night with you. 

The guesthouse is in immaculate condition, the view from the balcony was so beautiful (perfect for breakfast), and the the location is so central. 

We can’t wait to stay with you again!

Overnight Treat

We felt very comfortable and secure as a team. The location is perfect and the view in the evening is breathtaking. Everything is within walking distance and the neighbourhood is very quiet. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Wonderful house and a lovely host

The guest house is perfectly situated for access to all ameneties in Cape Town. The accomodation is spacious, elegantly decorated and spotlessly clean. I loved the breakfast in the courtyard which included the sweetest seasonal fruits. The warm hospitality offered by Rhonda and the the family will encourage me to choose their guest house again and again.

Rhonda's Manor

We were just so lucky to be recommended Rhonda’s Manor. A real gem, centrally located, with parking and access to all of the beauty and experiences CT has to offer. As soon as we stepped through the doors of this grand, substantial, period property, we were swept into a world of elegance and beauty. The welcome we received from a Rhonda and Tony was both warm and friendly with the design reflecting them perfectly. The interiors have been respectfully restored and furnished to enhance the ambience of its era and offer guests both comfort of modern living with the grace of times passed. Our bedroom was super comfy with linen, towels and furniture of the highest quality, ensuring We had the best sleep ever. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed with great showers (best of our trip) and a great veranda and view too! Truly a wonderful experience, with an amazing breakfast and the most helpful and gracious of hosts. Highly recommend!
