If you are looking for low cost budget stay then Hotel Junior is good choice. We came here for weekend ski trip, due to late booking this was the only hotel near Winterpark Martinky that had room available and to be honest, I was expecting worse for that money. But food was eatable, and room was clean. Staff is very friendly. I would not mind to come back anytime :)

Lowcost but clean

The hotel looks like from the 70ties from outside, and the same from inside. Value for money might be ok, but there are better locations for that money too. The food was low cost, but eatable. The room has everything, but batroom was smelly, so was the staircase. Simple vacuuming is not doing it a deep wet cleaning is overdue since long time ago.
The bar closed on us at 10pm, even being a group od 40 people. Not a good way of service.

we visited the hotel for a wedding, it is located outside of the town which was fine. the rooms were old, with bathroom maybe reconstructed recently, however in our was  horrible smell coming from it. Hotel does not have lift, so if you are with children or have to many things - you get nice exercise. 
it is really old fashioned in the style, but the service was also not the best - quality of the coffee was just horrible, don't even think that was a espresso, beer has also strange taste but was the worst was the morning breakfast. we order for our daughter a orange juice that never came and the waitress was running around lost asking who did order this ? "somebody must have ordered it when we prepared it"
