I always write my reviews with a time distance to go through the positives and negatives again and to be as objective as possible. 

Check-in: address stated at booking is different from the real one, do inform yourself about the proper address.

Check-in: no reception sign. A gentleman welcomed us with a plate probably from his lunch eaten several hours before. Welcome phrase: "you are lucky, that we had a room free"are not presenting a warm welcome to guests. No relevant replies to our questions. After being noted into the guest book the gentleman called another gentleman to show us the rooms. On his way he had a chat with some friends of him, with no hurry, although it was visible that we had a long journey after us and outside  there were 36 grades. 

Accommodation: the rooms are really small, we haven´t found the towels, which was promptly repaired by the second gentleman. Bathroom small, liquid soap mixed with water, in front of the shower rubber plate (consult the photo) with the dust from the previous guests. 

Sleeping quality: the beds are comfortable to sleep on, but the nylon bedding is really a sweating one. No net on the balcony, so we do not reccommend to sleep with the open window due to the insects flying into your room. Balcony does not remember his last cleaning and really cries for it. Two glasses with water calc and two cups from previous century with no signs of being washed. TV cables are architectural peak.  
Socket behind the radiator is very comfortable to use in case you want to recharge your phone. See the pic.   
Breakfast: in case you want to order an additional plate of scrambled eggs couple of minutes after 10 a.m., in the mid of breakfast when you realize, that it is not enough, the cook will send you the reply that he only serves lunch now... and you are sitting in the restaurant alone...  
Other remarks: trampoline is that kind of clean, that we brushed the dirty off the feet of our kids at home with a sponge. As the warm water in the shower provided from the boiler was not sufficient.   
Terrace: needs to be wiped and chairs need a seating mattresses.   
Check-out: at 10.17 am, which is 17 minutes after the official check-out time we were asked by the first gentleman to get out of the room. The way he presented this and pronounced it is really unobvious one. The capacities were empty since 9.30 am, we just have not returned the keys yet as we had the feeling, that there were no guests urgently waiting for the check-in. 

Staff: kind, but under the pressure of the "big boss". We feel very sorry for them.
