The hotel staff is so friendly.  The girls go above and beyond to help with anything needed.  Super polite.  The hotel is very accommodating.  The rooms are clean and well kept.   I felt very safe in this area of town and hotel.  Amenities have been upgraded.

Business Vacation

On a trip through Serbia, I wanted a simple hotel in the area of Krusevac. 
Hotel Biser looked just right.
On the map, it looked like in walking distance of the city centre, and it was.
Booking over the telephone was easy, receptionist spoke good english.
Finding it (with a GPS) was not difficult either.
Check-in was smooth, and the motorcycle could be parked right outside with no problems.
The room was Fine, including a working air-conditioning (I normally don’t care much for airco, but it was a very hot day). Wifi was Good, no problems.
The location is comfortable in City Centre, and in the evening, I did a walk around the town, had a snack and a beer while enjoying the cool evening. Krusevac is nice, lively town where you can find food and beer and friendly people to tolk to with no problems.
Sleep was good, and breakfast was Fine.
Checkout was easy, and payment by card was no problem.

All in all a Very Good Hotel in a nice location. I will not hesitate to return here on my trips through Serbia.

Good hotel near center of Krusevac.

The hotel applies policy which has neither been made official in any way nor documented and is applied selectively.And I got an impression of discomfort through conversation with receptionist.. .......

Disappointed

A very pleasant, small hotel with very clean rooms and efficient staff with a very adequate breakfast, Check in and out was really efficient ~ no fuss. Nothing fancy but everything worked as it should.

Very efficient

Very nice and spacious rooms. Well equipped, free high speed wi -fi internet connection, very comfortable modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet is nice with attractive selection of cereals, cheeses, sausages, eggs, etc. staff hospitality and kindness is appealing. 

Small, warm, convenient nice hotel

A nice little hotel near to the centre of town. It's the second time I've stayed here and the rooms are comfortable, the only issue I would have is that due to the hotel being full I ended up with a smoking room and there was a light smell of cigarettes but not too bad that I would change the room, if you are sensitive to that maybe ensure beforehand that you get a non-smoking room. I always find it amusing here that the hotel is perfectly situated in case you have an accident, there is an ambulance station next door (never been disturbed by sirens), the hospital is close and if the accident is really bad there are two funeral directors across the street. All in all a nice place to stay though and I'd always come back here!
