The location of the hotel was good. There was a shuttle bus to haram every 30 minutes. Room was served every day. Room was clean. Internet speed wasn't good.
Breakfast was awful. Bread was mouldy and there was hair inside the jam. I don't recommend to pay for breakfast.

Good location and clean room

My advice to people from North America" STAY AWAY." The place is so filthy not habitable for the human being. If this place were America, it would be demolished immediately without asking any questions. The internet is a joke, and the customer service is nonexistent. The bus service they offer is horrible — the hotel located in the wired place, no secure communications.

Extremely Dirty!

This hotel looks at what nationality you are, if they feel that you’re of a lower class, they book you in the terrible rooms. If you complain and they think that you’re European from the way you speak, they move you to the nicer rooms. Terrible service, they do not clean rooms or make beds. To get clean towels is a nightmare. Exposed wiring to electrocute children. Totally unsafe. Reception don’t care at all, they just laugh at you. Pictures attached, not like the rooms they advertise and what we paid for. Never again at this hotel

Disappointing

Stayed in Tayseer  2017..
Very disappointing.
Rooms tiny.
Bathroom had an awful sewer smell, that couldnot be removed. 
On the second last night we wew almost kicked out of our room by the hotel manager, who said we hadn't paid, even though we had prepaid in full.

Al Tayseer Towers Hotel is a very good 3 star hotel in Umm Al Qura Road near Masjid Al Haram.

For Umrah, we stayed for four nights in a Quadruple room with four beds. Room is spacious but bath room is very small.

A mini refrigerator, hair dryer, water kettle, toiletries, wardrobe and hot water are available. Service is good but, complimentary drinking water is not provided.

Staff speak both Arabic and English. It was quite easy to communicate with them when compared to other hotels in the country.

Location of the hotel is very good and some good Indian restaurants are available opposite to the hotel.

Masjid Al Haram is not in a walkable distance, but free shuttle buses are available every 15 to 20 minutes from the hotel.

Amiable Umrah Stay

The hotel is very clean and management is good. Bus service is very frequently..Over all we enjoyed the stay here. Surely value for money. Although haram is just 15 minutes walk away but that is through a main road and i will recommend to everyone that please use only bus services as it is more comfortable and safe for you. 

Well maintained Hotel

Stayed on 1st floor .toilets were constantly smelly .tried boiling water and pouring down bathroom drains .no help. housekeeping is there but not helpful.rooms have never been vacuumed.medicore breakfast .boiled eggs tea coffee water orange and mango juices.cucumber tomatoes and cheese.some cakes and croissants. There is a shuttle that takes you  from the hotel and drops on the saffa marwa side.the walk from the bus to haram is about 600m.if u have people on cruches or wheelchair its challenging. Its 3 star .people smoke allover the lobby.wifi available only in lobby.t walk from this hotel to haram is a 45 minute walk. Steep hill to climb.

Umrah

The hotel is overall clean and comfortable. I stayed 20 to 22 January 2017 for Omrah. WiFi is available in the lobby. About 15 minutes walk to Masjid Al Haram. Free buses are available to Al Haram but they take same time to arrive and in times even slower than walking. Only issue is with the elevators, they are too few and a bit slow compared to the size of the hotel and number of rooms.
